Received the NOX AT10 12k yesterday. Fast delivery and nobody else seemed to have it in stock! The guys at Nine Padel smashed the customer service out of the park, kept me updated throughout, applied a new customer discount retrospectively that I’d forgot to use at check out & even left a hand written note 👍🏼

Highly Recommended, outstanding communications throughout. Kept me updated with when the rackets I wanted were coming into stock. As soon as they came into stock they were shipped to me and received the next day! Received with a handwritten note and key ring. Ordering process spot on and when I contacted the guys on WhatsApp they responded in minutes. Then when I received my racket after a week they contacted me to make sure all was ok. Superb. Really good info on the websites compared to most. Contacted them on whatsapp as I needed really fast delivery and Warren was straight back to me. Bought the right racket for me at a good price, really fast delivery and really good communication. You cant ask for more. There was even a hand written note in the box.
