Ninja Outreach is a dishonest business model making money from misleading 'trial' accounts.
I signed up to trial their service. The messaging is very unclear (as I and many others have experienced.)
I queried Ninja Outreach within minutes of mistakenly upgrading my trial to a full immediately paid account ($1428) by adding another user ($19). Reading other reviews there a number of ways Ninja Outreach swindle money out of unsuspecting potential customers. What starts as a 'trial' is quickly converted by unclear notifications. They're also very quick to point you to their 'no refunds' policy.
DO NOT SIGN UP. This is not a company that values their customers. You can get the same services they offer with many other companies. The company we have chosen are Influencity.

Ninja outreach is definitely a scam. Are use this for 10 minutes to see what it is about decided it was not for me and canceled my subscription I woke up seven days later to them already processing $300 out of my account and they will not even reply back to a email or a chat on their website. Definitely do not use this platform they are scam artists and their information is there anything you can’t simply find on social platforms with ease

The scam business does not even deserve a one star rating here. Like many people here on the platform, I came across on the NinjaOutreach platform when searching for influencers for Instagram in December 2020. I believed this is the one company who offers 7 day free trial period, which turns out to be a way for them to get your credit card information so that they can STEAL YOUR MONEY by telling you "Please note that upon signing up to the platform, there were terms and conditions you can read it here... "
This is what happened:
I signed up a 7 day free trial to take a look at the website and tool. There are many grey out boxes, which once you clicked on one of those, a window appeared with the upgrade to pro version. It is very easy for people to click on it without reading it carefully because it does not look like an agreement or anything telling you that once you click on it, you will be CHARGED $1,428. I accidentally clicked on it and they charged me $1,428 subscription.
After that, I immediately contacted their support team for a refund and also informed my bank. Finally they promised me a REFUND and said "We can cancel your account now or here is what else I can do for you. I will give you a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee so you can explore all the paid features a bit more, under the one condition that you do not export data. If you are only using the sending features then that will be enough to get you a full refund at any time." I saw a reversed payment from my bank, so I thought maybe they refunded me the money and did not worry about it for a while. But, in March, I saw that the bank charged me $1,428 so I called and it turned out that the claim was denied and that reversed payment was temporarily reversed by the bank not the merchant. Then I contacted NinjaOutreach again regarding the issue and they told me that the bank is still resolving the issue. After months of back and forth, I had to pay $1,428 for services that I never used and to someone who promised me money back guarantee. Now, they told me "Since your bank has already closed the case. As much as we would want to reverse the charge, our terms and conditions stand as this was part of the agreement prior to signing up to the platform. " I asked them to give me an answer why they promised me the refunds and now they are blaming on me that I agreed the terms and conditions when signed up and the bank for closing the case. I did not get any answered from that.
This website is illegal. They are scamming so much money from customers. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this site and NEVER give your credit card information to ANYONE before research online their creditability. Please learn from my mistake.

NinjaOutreach has details of my Instagram on their page. I never consented to them having it. I’ve emailed them over 5 times asking them to remove it and they haven’t.

NinjaOutreach is simply a scam software. There are many payment buttons on the website. I clicked the wrong button. It directly deducted me $1,428, and promised me a refund. I sent the refund order number and asked me to wait for 5-10 days. It's the tenth day, and the funds haven't arrived yet. I hope you will not be fooled.I use my company's credit card account to pay. With my current salary, it will take three months for the money to be mortgaged to our company. NinjaOutreach promised to apply for a refund, but it hasn't contacted me for four days, just like it disappeared. When I first started, he responded to me. It has been four days since I was ignored.

They tried to took aroudn$1700 from my credit card without my consent, I was just trying out their product, but they tried to take money without my consent. luckily my bank blocked it

In search of a platform for finding influencers for Instagram, I came across the NinjaOutreach website.
I connected a 7 day free trial period to get acquainted with this tool. Several times after starting the search for influencers, a window appeared with a proposal to upgrade the account to the Pro version. I accidentally clicked the Upgrade button and they immediately connected a $ 299 / month subscription to me and the amount for a month of use was withdrawn from my account.
After this incident, I decided to make a refund, but in their Terms & Condition it is stated that they CANNOT MAKE A REFUND and that I take full responsibility for connecting the PRO VERSION and IF I FORGET TO UNSUBSCRIBE DURING the 7 day trial period!

I wrote to the support chat but was not answered on the same day. I had to block the card and issue a chargeback at the branch of my bank, because I did not know how much more money could be withdrawn from me.

On Monday, support answered me. The response said that I am not eligible for Refund.

I wrote a complaint with the BBB and FTC because I believe action Ninjaoutreach illegal sites.

I am very sorry that the situation happened to me as with most people who lost their money because of pressing one button. Ninjaoutreach's actions seem illegal and dishonest because it defies common sense.

Stay away from this site and do not enter your card details or you may lose your money and will be unable to do anything! My Christmas turned out to be very unpleasant because of this situation.

I have a problem with the 7 days free trial and the support team helps me go through it. It is a Live Chat which is good for an online service like this. So, I would recommend using it cuz you always have the support to help you when you facing a problem. Thanks a lot!

A slight error was made on annual payment. However I cannot fault their Customer Service, which handled a refund efficiently and professionally.

We have been using their services for a few weeks and thought it is only fair to provide feedback. The subscription cancelation is hidden in purpose I guess.
