NASH is a SUPBERB example of a customer service employee

I had my query dealt with by a SUPBERB customer service person, NASH.
She was polite, attentive, patient, helpful and clear in her explanation of what was required from me, in order to achieve what I needed from NINODirect.
It was a pleasure to have her help me this morning.

I think NASH would be great as an instructor to teach customer service people MANY other companies how to best deal with customers and their queries!

My interactions with Nash have been far and away the easiest and most constructive I’ve had dealing with official departments.

Good service.

Special commendation to Nash who helped me tremendously with my re-application for National Insurance. She guided me through the correct procedure and provided immediate, honest advice and support. Although it takes a while to reach the agents by phone, its well worth the wait. All previous issues were resolved, which is much appreciated.

Prompt service, kindness, knowledge. Guided me through the process and made it so easy. Appreciated that agent called me as I was running out of phone credit. Seldom have had such a positive experience

Excellent service from an overseas user

The internet based questionnaire to capture my details was clear and easy to complete. I submitted two questions to the help centre which were both fully answered very promptly. The date promised for my letter to arrive was kept.
