My Captain Optimus 2 stopped working and I tried to fix it without luck. Upon notifying Ninza.co, Grace immediately stepped in even when she is supposed to be off and fixed the issue plus went beyond that and adjusted my Pana Kanal and ThunderZilla settings and saved it as a template to get it working again.

Grace Lopez has excellent customer service while remoted into my computer to fix an issue. I have dealt with her for a few years with consistent superb customer service and without any pressure to purchase any new products. Many thanks Grace!

NinZa.co "ATR Ordering" indicator is a game changer because it keeps risk in line and is easy to use. Profit targets and stop exits are automatically set based on your desired risk to reward for profit. The toggle dashboard makes for quick adjustments for $ risk and order entry. NinZa.co hit the ball out of the park on this indicator. Also, the customer service is outstanding!

I've been trading professionally for 20 years and know most of the
indicators on the market as welll as many techniques, but since l
discovered ninza.co and automation, I can't look at other indicators.
HANNAH's support is phenomenal; she's there day and night, helping

The ninZa company is legit. They try hard to help retail traders to stay in the trading game, providing good indicators at a fair price. Most important, their customer service is top. I have to Thank you to Kim who helped me to fix an issue using a remote session. Also, Thank you for the help in the past from Hannah, Celia, and Flora. Everybody there are very responsive and helpful.

Their indicators are world class i am into volume based trading and use their volume indicators like volume delta, tickdata microscope, VolCandlez etc and its very useful to get a deep outlook of whats happening internally.

I’ve been using ninza software for the last couple years, Grace has been an awesome sales agent and mentor in helping me get the right software for the way I trade. Ninza doesn’t have the best looking website but their products and support are amazing. No issues with installation and my support has been highly responsive and helpful, especially Celia Andersen. She is the best, make sure you ask for her in the discord.

Excellent Customer support ! Always seek help from Kim and others whenever I need set up or templates. Never had an issue with the staff to assist. The products are for all types of trading.

I am kind of OK with software, but Celia reduces my time spent getting set up by about 500%. She is super efficient and has aspects of the ninZa products implemented that I would probably never understand. I have been "trading" for about 25 years and paid untold thousands of dollars to get absolutely nowhere. At last I am actually making money. Thank you Celia and ninZa. Now my wife and I will be able to travel for a holiday in Vietnam!

Responsive when things go wrong and willing to put in the time to help out.

My experience with Grace has been outstanding. This company offers innovative trading solutions not offered anywhere else at a reasonable price. More than anything, Grace and the sales staff are highly ethical and you can trust this company to deliver their products and service promptly and professionally. I cant say the same about too many other companies in the trading industry.

Kim Harmon made my experience great. Grace made it even greater with her trading software experience. I purchased a Ninja trader license in 2009 and since then I have tried at least 5 other vendors and I feel most comfortable with Ninza and their staff. Trading involves stress and risk and whenever I have an issue I can rely on Kim to assist me and deal with my problem in an efficient manner. Trading indicators from Ninza.co and sister companies stand out for their ability to customize many aspects to each trader's liking, attractive presentation on the chart and innovativeness in general. I've purchased a number of these over the years that have become part of my daily trading toolset. Over the past few years, I've also benefited from the help of Flora who has become a trusted advisor to me on what indicators best fit my trading style. Flora gives me a heads up to new tools that look like they'll be a good match, develops chart templates and settings for my specific symbols and time periods, and checks in to see how it's going and offers whatever other help I might need to make the best use of the tool. This is personal customer service well over and above anything I've ever experienced from any other company.
