Ordered a Nespresso coffee machine online as it was £50 cheaper than Amazon, also 100 Dualit coffee pods as well. The machine came within 48hrs, the pods 48hrs after that, I was kept in touch by email all the way through and I also spoke to customer services who were very friendly, helpful and confirmed the delivery times. Nisbets customer service cannot be faulted.

Qualité frigos 600L POLAR catastrophique
J'ai commandé un frigo 600L il y a trois ans, au bout d'un peux plus d'un an le frigo me lâche évidemment un week-end sinon c'est pas marrant, le service aprÚs vente prends en charge la demande, m'envoie un technicien qui remet du gaz le lendemain il recommence a chauffer, là il me change le frigo, jusqu'ici correct.
Sauf qu'un an et demi plus tard même problÚme avec le "nouveau" frigo mais là plus de garantie donc intervention à mes frais. Tout ça pour dire que la qualité de leurs matériels est déplorable et vaut mieux parfois mieux mettre 500 ou 1000 euros de plus mais ne pas être embêté tous les ans avec des frigos qui tombent en panne.

2 years ago I bought an Imperia Pasta Making Machine from this company via Amazon. Two weeks ago a part broke and I contacted Nisbets, via the Amazon site, reminding them that it had a 5 year guarantee and sending photos of the product and guarantee as indicated on the box. Within a couple of hours Joe from Nisbets contacted me with an apology for the inconvenience of the broken part and saying a prepaid label would be emailed to me for the return of the product. I received this within minutes; returned the machine the same day and provided a scan of the postage receipt. Again, within an hour I received acknowledgement from Nisbets that a new machine was now on its way to me via 24 hour tracked Parcel Force. I received the new machine the following day. I really cannot fault them. Brilliant customer service and wholly customer orientated. I do believe that stuff happens but what is important is how a company takes responsibility and deals with it. My experience tells me this company is very committed to customer satisfaction and I would recommend them. Thank you Nisbets!

En ce qui me concerne, je ne peux que recommander la société NISBETS. J'ai effectué l'achat d'une machine à glaçons qui fut livrée parfaitement emballée et trÚs rapidement. Je ne l'ai pas mise en service tout de suite car mon établissement n'était pas encore ouvert pour la saison. Mais dÚs sa premiÚre utilisation, un disfonctionnement de l'appareil est apparu. Je l'ai signalé à NISBETS et le service aprÚs-vente a été extrêmement réactif. La société a fait le nécessaire pour que je retourne sans frais l'appareil puis j'ai été remboursé immédiatement. Je dis bravo pour votre sens commercial et professionnel. Merci, je reviendrai vers vous pour un prochain achat.
