Excellent service after several failed attempts

After failed attempts to get any response from Nissan Aberdeen where I bought the car, Nissan France where I now live and Nissan Limoges who serviced my car who said that they could not get the exhaust parts, nissangenuine.com came to my rescue - and that of my 7 year old car. Thank you Nissan Genuine and especuially their service staff member, Ashley Tomkinson, who was very helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent service.

Was told the part would arrive in 2…

Was told the part would arrive in 2 weeks from the Netherlands. And then realised was only £10 cheaper than my local Nissan dealer and the part was on the shelf. Baffles me how this company operates.

We source Nissan parts from around the world, and send them to customers around the world.

If the part you need happens to already be on the shelf at your dealer then that's great news for you, but that's not anything we have done wrong, is it.
