Excellent service! And was quick at getting back to me and issued a refund when part was no longer available.

Tried to order From the states and was unable to get. Searched Google and found NissanGenuine.com did give them a try as there in another country. But also they were unable to get as part in no longer Available At Nissan. Nissangenuine.com was very professional as they let me know right away that they couldn't get and did promptly refund my money. I would definitely try them again. Thanks Nissangenuine.com for trying for me. Sincerely Rick.

I received my spare part quite fast.

I received my spare part quite fast.
The tracing via Royal Mail and later La Poste was informative and accurate.
The part itself was expensive for its size, but such a price policy is everywhere and perhaps necessary to keep old parts longtime available.

No parts made

Advertised parts were not available. Nissan stopped producing them years ago. Please don’t take my money then refund for items that don’t exist.

'02 Micra drivers seatbelt

'02 Micra drivers seatbelt. Computer said it was in stock. Completed the order only to be informed several days later that the computer was wrong, there was indeed NO stock. Refund was actioned and was returned with no issues.
