89 D21 truck part

Looking up parts was very easy, as was online ordering. Only reason i did not rate 5 star is because shipping and receiving part took about 2 weeks but considering the truck is a 36 year old truck , i guess that is god turn around time.

Remedied: Terrible company to deal with

The company reached out to me and offered a refund. The agent I initially dealt with wasnt a pleasant experience but the other that reached out to me was.

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a valve cover gasket for my titan and they sent the wrong gasket. They made every excuse to not give me a refund, including I didnt have the original bag it came in, not the item packaging but the actual bag that I tore and thew away that it shipped in. Absolutely no reason that should prevent them making it right. Now im stuck with a valve cover gasket for who knows what vehicle and out of my money. I will never order from this place again and would not recommend anyone do so. They do not stand behind their mistakes.
