We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you encountered with your recent order. After reviewing the details of your case, it appears that there was a misunderstanding regarding our shipping policy.
As stated in our website's terms and conditions, we have clearly indicated that we do not ship to certain areas, including Belfast, Northern Ireland BT14. Despite our efforts to inform you of this limitation via email, it seems there was a miscommunication.

In the future, we encourage our valued customers to review our shipping policy on our website before placing an order. This will help ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all parties involved.
