Tina was absolutely brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable, and got everything sorted quickly and without any fuss. It's rare to get customer service that genuinely feels effortless, but this was exactly that. Really impressed, and it's given me even more confidence in Nixon as a brand. Thanks Tina!

UK website but based in France
Despite some of the reviews, I personally think nixon make great watches. However, this was my first time purchasing directly from Nixon. Probably an oversight on my behalf but with a UK website I was unaware that any returns would need to be sent to France. Nixon nor French customs could tell me if there would be any duty to pay, so I ended up with a watch I didn't want.

Excellent customer service …
I was given a beautiful Nixon watch for my ‘special’ birthday from my husband but it was unfortunately much too small for my chunky wrists. Tina at customer services was incredibly helpful and supplied extra links so my watch now fits.

Tina from Nixon Europe Repair and Customer Support is a superstar.
My LightWave watch is a bit scratched and the strap broke. I've basically worn it everyday since purchase. Purchase was after my RubberMurf perished, my original Nixon watch and favourite at the time. That couldn't be repaired so the discount given was used to buy my lightwave. I sent that off to be repaired but as it is not made anymore, it couldn't be repaired. Another discount was offered but I wanted to keep the Lightwave. In stepped Tina where she personally checked with technicians about options. A compatible strap was found but I opted against it, when Tina offered more information and more incentives to maintain my love for the Nixon brand. Huge thanks to Tina and everyone who looked after my Lightwave. I look forward to being reunited with it, despite no repair being done, the care and customer service shown was exemplary. Thank you again.

Bought a watch for the wife that the strap broke on within a day! Zero help from customer service, tried emailing, online chat all no help at all. Had the watch repaired and broke again within a few days! Christmas cracker quality item 😂 honestly do not waste your money!
OMG they do respond! But only to trust pilot reviews it seems! Quite amazing that you found not record of me either though I have completed a section 75 through my bank to get my money back?

The numbers fell off!!
Unbelievably the numbers have fallen off. I thought I had bought a decent watch, costing bit of money, that was a treat to myself and would be rugged and last well. I dont wear watches much, so it has sat in a drawer for most of its life only coming out for things like weddings, so it has barely been used. For different reasons in the last two years, it was not used at all. I honestly think this watch was used maybe three or four times in its life. as per the title, I recently took it out to use and all the numbers bar 2 are rattling around encased in the watch. I have checked and their very limited warranty does not cover it. this is very disspoiniting, they are clearly not a reputable brand nor designed to last.

GREAT customer service
Asked for email help because my watch no longer provided tide display. They offered a solution which didn't work, but suggested watch needed new battery (no surprise after years of service). Astonished how particularly EASY the process was online to return the watch for battery replacement.
THIS is REAL service, wish I had this type of customer SERVICE from ANY company. Super job, Nixon !

J’ai acheté le 13 février une montre (une des 13 seulement en vente en Europe « édition vendredi 13 rouge »). Je me suis connecté express. La commande a été validé et payé. 3 jours après je reçois un mail »commande annulé car la montre n’est plus disponible…. ».
Aucun geste commercial.. » vous avez qu’à ré-essayer «.
Très moyen comme SAV.
Donc c’est seulement un coup de pub, et on n’assure pas le reste… je me pose la question combien d’autres personnes un vécu la même histoire.

Non -existent customer service for a company selling supposedly good quality products.
My husband bought me a watch for Christmas as a gift. We have each contacted Nixon on multiple occasions to ask for more links and pins for the watch, we have had a response once where they asked further questions and then stopped responding. The other times we have had no reply. To buy a product which is not cheap and then be confronted by the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time is shocking. All we want is to purchase another link and couple of pins to extend the strap but due to still not receiving a reply the watch remains unusable.
We couldn't be more frustrated with Nixon and wouldn't purchase again based on our experience

Absolutely awful customer service - if you can call no response customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. I bought a watch for my wife for Christmas, however the strap broke so I contacted customer service and got an automated response asking for photos which I sent the same day. Since then I've had no response for almost a month despite me sending three follow up emails requesting a response.
Avoid at all costs. It's turned a nice and thoughtful gift into a massive pain and extra admin I don't need.

Vraiment zéro qualiter ce produit je recommande à personne première fois je le reçois en cadeau Noël rien ne marchait la couture du bracelet en cuir était mal cousus (dit par un bijoutier) les aiguilles ne marchait pas comme il faut ni la date « erreur de manufacture » on écrit au service de la compagnie super bon service. Ils nous en renvoie une le bracelet ce décroche encore tout sa en l’espace de 1 a 2 semaine aucune qualiter dans leur produit et il te vendent sa a un prix de fou
Lisa was the best
Today I worked with Lisa in customer service and she was able to fix an issue from an old watch that was unrepairable. I love Nixon but was unsure how they would handle an issue with an old watch. Lisa was super pleasant and did a great job empathizing with the loss of my favorite watch (the Dork) because it was unrepairable and sent me code to replace it with another one. Keep working on bringing back the Dork Lisa and thanks for all your help. God Bless

I ordered a watch online from Nixon, the process was seamless, and when I had questions about the order the customer service rep Lissa was SO helpful and went above and beyond to help me and I would recommend these products and customer service to anyone!! THANK YOU!!
Amazing customer service
The customer service rep I spoke to was more than helpful. She went above her duties to make sure my order would make it to me in time. I placed an order with expedited shipping not realizing it would be longer due to engraving. I called and explained my need for this item. She personally went to the production department to find it and make sure that it would be shipped to me that day. It meant a lot to have someone be so passionate about their job and understand how important this was to me
Un bracelet ça ?
J'ai acheté une Time Teller, première fois que j'essaie de régler le bracelet une pièce s'est décrochée, la montre est maintenant inutilisable.
Sur le guide vidéo le mec dit de ne pas trop utiliser le système pour régler le bracelet parce que c'est fragile... Du coup il fallait faire quoi ? Garder un bracelet 3 fois trop grand ? N'importe quoi.
Bon vent Nixon et à jamais.
