Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile à ce SAV et cette société !
J’ai acheté l’année dernière une montre sur leur site que j’ai payé quasi 500€, il y a un mois j’ai eu un accident et en tombant j’ai rayé le verre de ma montre, il y a 3 petites griffes, je contacte le SAV qui me demande tous les renseignements sur la montre et me demande de l’envoyer pour la réparer en disant qu’approximativement il y a en pour 130€ de réparation. J’envoie la montre et deux jour après je reçois un mail en me disant qu’ils n’ont plus de pièces détachées pour ce modèle acheté l’année dernière et sachant que le modèle 51/30 est toujours en vente sur le site !! En échange ils me proposent un avoir de 130€ à dépenser sur une nouvelle montre de leur catalogue ! J’ai jamais vu se moquer de ses clients comme cela, incapable de remplacer un verre de montre rayé sur un modèle encore au catalogue et en vente, je précise la montre n’a qu’un an et 3 mois. Un conseil n’achetez aucun produit de cette marque qui n’a aucun SAV !!!

I have been a customer of nixon for over 25 years. I have personally bought 25 to 30 of there watches amd countless other of there items. That will definitely not be the case anymore. I have one of there automatic watches well had, which is a 1500 dollar watch if I remember correct not a cheap one by any means. Over the years I believe I have made 2 previous claims 1 of which was on this watch which they repaired and sent back. I recently got moisture in the case of this watch and sent it in to be repaired. After waiting about 3 weeks to a weeks to a mo th I called to check status of it. They just picked it up. I wait 2 more weeks call back to find out they cant repair it even though they are the only people to have ever serviced the watch and now it has water in it, it is not under warranty. They said it was still working they will send it back and a 40 percent off coupon. Almost 3 weeks goes by again I call to fine out where my watch is , still sitting on the shelf not shipped back. They finally get it back to me 2 days after that last call. These clowns of service people apparently thought it would be to tough to at least let the moisture out of my watch while they had it for over 2 months cause I receive it back with water in it still. So if it wasn't complete junk when I sent it in, it definitely is now. I cant express how disappointed I am in this experience but I will definitely find a new company to buy watches, belts, wallets, hats tshirts and sweatshirts from . I was not asking for anything for free just wanted them to dry my watch out thanks for the 1500 dollar paperweight.
No returns from the UK
No returns from the UK. Beware you are unable to return orders from most countries (outside of France). I was happy to pay for the delivery back to France, but you also have to pay customs and duty. I requested a declaration statement and tariff code to facilitate a return with no joy. At the point of purchase it should be clear than returns are not possible.

This is my honest to God opinion upon receiving a box in the mail while barbecueing i opened it slowly and unpacked the watch and began taking all of the protective plastics off of it and suddenly there it was. Don't know if it's real gold tone gold overlay or what however it appears dull in color. In looks. There's a great big bezel that looks worthy of complementing but, im not a fan of the bracelet the clasp, etc. Seems cheap. Lightweight material. I honestly expected a bit more in quality for 275! And even after the discount im not really happy so im stuck with it I guess. Costco has better watches than these so please beware! You'll lose your money too just like i did. I regret taking the plastic off.

Absolutely zero response from their customer service emails, info@ email, chatbot and can never get through on the phone number.
I have requested an update on my purchase, but aside from the confirmation of purchase email 7 days ago, I have heard absolutely nothing.
Nixon, please do get in touch ASAP.

Leider sind sowohl chat Funktion als auch Hotline ausser Betrieb.

J'ai recemment essayer de faire reparer ma montre avec le SAV, elle n'était plus sous garantie parce que j'ai trop trainée (ma faute) mais le fermoir du bracelet s'est tout simplement ouvert seul alors que je roulais à vélo, aucune vitesse aucune secousse au mouvemenrt brusque ni chute. Juste une montre toute neuve qui se désintègre toute seule. Je demande a ce qu'elle soit remise a neuf on me demande la moitié du prix d'achat de la montre pour changer le verre rayé et remettre le bracelet et fermoir en état, je négocie parce que je suis bon client... on me demande de le prouver et d'envoyer des photos de mes autres possessions NIXON (j'ai cru à une blague :D c'était premier degré)et avant même que j'ai décidé ou donner un quelconque accord on me renvoie la montre dans l'état c'est à dire toujours cassée (plus d'un mois après) sans même m'en informer. Depuis impossible de les recontacter pour la renvoyer une honte le SAV situé à Hossegor est vraiment catastrophique et les produits aussi !

Absolutely fabulous watch (Fisheye)
Absolutely fabulous watch (Fisheye) a real statement piece with a real high quality feel. Had an issue with delivery/taxes being charged incorrectly by dhl but Pierre in Customer Services sorted out a refund quickly and efficiently after I had queried it.
Horrible customer service and they lie
They asked what watch I had and let me ship it and I paid that cost, knowing they couldn't repair it or replace it. And the only options they gave me was $240 code and they discard my watch or send it back to me without any resolution.

Don’t support Nixon anymore
I have been buying Nixon since the early 2000’s. I have a few different watches and have referred other people to buy their watches. I have an elite watch, the original automatic which I bought as a high school graduation present to myself in 2005. I bought the watch for 2 main reasons besides I like the look. 1- it is an automatic movement so doesn’t need a battery and 2- because it has a lifetime warranty. I’ve had the same issue with the watch which is a riveted pin in the clasp would come out over time and the watch will fall off my wrist. The first time I sent it in they just sent me a brand new watch, every time after they just replace the clasp. Shipping is always taken care of by them. Because of this I’ve had no reason to get the watch serviced anywhere else. I always call in to Nixon and they would send me a shipping label and take care of my watch. Recently the customer service reps have been difficult and trying to charge me for shipping. After speaking with the manager who said “I know we use to but it’s changing”. I was told by one of their reps that I would never have to pay shipping on a elite watch. So after arguing she agreed to take care of shipping and said they only took care of it in the past because I escalated the ticket which is a lie and warned me I would have to pay in the future. I thought whatever just fix my watch. I send it in and then get a email stating that they don’t stock those parts any more so I have to pay $125 for a new band. The manager is giving me a bunch of excuses on why I have to pay stating their warranty. Well I have everything original for my watch- receipt, case and warranty booklet. The manager is arguing with me using their “new” warranty. I will no longer back Nixon as they are being unreasonable keeps giving me excuses to have me pay. They sent me a quote with a return shipping charge. I hope they go out of business

Découvrant la marque grâce à Instagram, je me renseigne sur Trustpilot. Déçue des avis, je cherche encore un peu sur internet, je suis mi figue mi raisin. Mais j’adore le modèle que je veux commander donc je règle par l’intermédiaire de mon compte PayPal un mercredi. Envoie par colissimo le jeudi et reçu lundi ( je devais la recevoir samedi mais la poste a eu un empêchement rien de grave).
La montre était très bien emballée, elle fonctionne, elle est exactement semblable à la description que leur site internet.
Donc pour moi, il n’y aucune fausse note.

i own two Nixon watches
i own two Nixon watches. one needs the battery replaced constantly. the other has a broken watchband. i contacted their customer service to return both for repair and was told they were "too busy". they said they would contact me at some future point in time when they were not busy in order to schedule the repair. i bought the watches to wear, not to wait. i would suggest anyone considering this brand to forget it and buy something else. pretty horrible customer service.

Bislang funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Nun ist jedoch unerwartet eine Stundenmarkierung abgefallen. Schwer nachzuvollziehen bei einer Uhr dieser Preisklasse.

3ème montre non étanche, PLUS JAMAIS NIXON !
J'ai acheté ma 1ère montre THE RIPLEY, et au bout de 2 ans elle a pris l'eau avec une simple baignade à la mer sans jamais la manipuler sous l'eau. Etant hors garantie, le SAV m'a proposé gentillement un code de réduction de 40%, j'ai donc racheté la même montre, qui a repris l'eau à la 1ère baignade en piscine...
Elle est irréparable d'après le SAV, j'ai un nouveau code de réduction mais quelle perte de temps avec ces montres de très mauvaises qualité...

Bought 2, first one stopped working, almost cheaper to buy a new one than fix it so I bought another one, big mistake, also stopped working, nothing to do with the battery, just rubbish of a watch.

J'adorais nixon j'en etait à ma 5 ieme montre mais la les montres sont dispendieuses et fabriqués avec des matériaux cheaps et qui brise en 4 mois. Service à la clientèle désastreux, plusieurs échanges de couriels qui ne mènent a rien du tout et au final me charge 70$ pour réparer la loop de la montre. Plus jamais !
