We were introduced to Neil from our existing Mortgage Broker , what we needed was specialist , Neil helped us through the process even when it got a little complicated he advised us all the way through , making the process much easier to get it too the finish line.

Gregg gave me top notch service as always. He has been sorted my mortgages out for about 8 or 9 years now and always gives great service.

Gregg was absolutely fantastic. So proactive and engaging. He was even able to smooth over a potential issue with one of the solicitors and was able to explain everything clearly to me.

I contacted Neil about a year ago and was recommended by a friend of mine.My financial situation like credit score and income wasnt great and was turned away by two other Mortgage advisors.
Neil took my case and after 2 refusals he got me the mortgage.He was very effecient and response times were exceptional.Cant thank him enough.
Once the offer was recieved Shanon Casling was great and kept me updated at every step.A big tahnkyou to her.

Our house move was a long drawn out one, and required the process repeating. I was recommended to NM Finance by a friend to support my self build mortgage needs. I am doing a very non standard material (Clay Lump) and received huge amount of support from Ben in getting the absolutely best product for our situation. It was a tricky one with the majority of lenders not liking our construction methods, but Ben was patient throughout the long process and offered expert advice. He looked down every avenue into making sure this was the correct option, plus supported in gathering all the financial information needed to demonstrate to the lender I could afford it in an interest only basis - helping monthly cash flow out a lot!

Once we received the offer letter we were cutting it very close to a Christmas deadline, and Shannon was great post-offer support - chasing both the lender and the solicitor to get the funds over the line by the last possible date.

Highly recommended.
