Ordered item but too small. Emailed service desk twice without any response. Never trust a business which doesn't provide a local contact phone number

The size was way too small and I ordered a larger size. Tried to return and was offered 10 % back and 20 % on a new purchase which I will not buy from them again.

Die bestellte Ware fällt deutlich kleiner aus, als nach Größenangaben erwartet. Die Rücksendung wird mit Verweis auf hohe Versandkosten und weit entfernte Lager im Ausland "abgewimmelt".
Hätte ich gewusst, dass die Rücksendung quasi nicht möglich ist, hätte ich nie bestellt!!!

Unterirdischer Shop. Ich habe 3 Sweatshirts gekauft. Die Druckqualität ist so lala. Eins hatte leider einen Verarbeitungsfehler. Also den Kundenservice angeschrieben. Wollten mir nur Rabatt geben, da es aber nicht mein Fehler ist, habe ich bei PayPal einen Fall geöffnet.
Ich würde per Mail förmlich gedrängt, den Fall zu schließen, sie könnten darüber eh nicht zurück erstatten.
Ich habe also nach Anweisung von PayPal das Sweatshirt zurück gesendet und habe den Kaufpreis auch zurück erhalten.
Laut Website erhält man den Versand bei Ankunft des Sweatshirts auch wieder zurück.
Seit dem bin ich per Mail blockiert und habe mein Versandgeld (über 15€!!!) nie zurück erhalten. Auf Anfrage wird auch über eine andere Mail nicht reagiert.
Ich bin so kurz davor die Polizei zu involvieren!!! FINGER WEG!!!

Would have given 0 stars if possible.
Quality is bad/very low and not as advertised, supplier does not help at all and returns are not possible/you'd have to pay for the return fee yourself.

Mala experiencia. EnvIraon una camiseta mal confeccionada y mal cosida en los hombros por lo que no se podía vestir. Pedí el envío de una nueva y me lo negaron. Me ofrecieron un reembolso del 10% luego del 20% y como favor me hacían un 30% de reembolso. Rídiculo e injusto.

Beware - you can't practically return anything; the t-shirt I got was nowhere near the size expected (a huge item apparently sold as a 'small') - to return you need to return the item to China; the cost of which will negate the entire point of undertaking the return.

A scam.

The products are cheap and are nothing like the pictures they put online. They use cheap shiny transfers on all the T-shirts which don't last. Returns process is awful and a complete con. Don't buy from this company!

Made by children in China. If I knew before I wouldn't have ordered.
