Georgina was great, she made the whole process of reporting the damage made to my vehicle very easy in a very frustrating time..!!

It took about 3 hours to get through…

It took about 3 hours to get through but once I spoke to Elsey my experience improved dramatically. Elsey dealt with my claim very efficiently and answered all my questions
