Cheating company, They give false promise, take your money and do not follow the contract. They terminate the contract without notifying clients and do not return their money back. When I escalted on instagram and no broker team they only send an apology email but do not come to a solution who they will service the client back with the money we have invested

Very poor experience with NoBroker Packers & Movers. I booked 1 week in advance for 10 AM, but the service kept getting delayed to 3 PM, then 4â5 PM, and even the next day. Even after assigning a new partner, there was complete miscommunication between driver and partnerâfalse promises, wrong updates, and no one showed up on time.
Extremely stressful, especially moving with kids after packing everything. Highly unreliable service. Not recommended.

I registered for NoBroker services and was asked to take a paid plan. However, on the day I paid the amount, I was not shown a single property.
I registered for NoBroker services and was asked to take a paid plan so that I could get a property quickly. I had already informed them that I had an urgent requirement, so I took the paid service without much thought. I was told that properties were already available and that as soon as I made the payment, I would get multiple options to visit.
However, on the day I paid the amount, I was not shown a single property. A relationship manager was assigned to me, but I had to do multiple follow-ups with him. My requirement was for a row house or a ground floor property, but he said that he did not have any property available as per my requirement.
I took the paid service on 2 February 2026, and today it has been more than one month, yet I have not received any updates. Every time I call NoBroker and ask for my money back, they keep me on hold and do not respond properly. One agent told me that a refund request had already been raised, while another agent later said that a refund cannot be made because the plan is non-refundable.
Every time I call them, I get different information, but no one helps me with the property. They are just fooling around and do not have proper information. This is my first experience with NoBroker, and it has been very bad. Every agent says that they have shared an email with higher management and that the issue will be resolved and someone will call to help, but nothing has been resolved to date.
I would have given minus ratings if there was such an option available.

Updates So all of you get the real picture of No broker. After publishing reviews and multiple arguments with no broker team members, No broker team agreed to issue my 100% refund with 7-10 days and property key handover within 48 hours. After 72 hours my refund process was initiated on Tuesday 24th,2026 and Keys were handover on 26th Feb,2026 3:30PM IST time way beyond 48 hours of window that no broker had promised. Infact Since Monday every day, I was following up on my key handover through emails to their escalation team, who came in touch because I posted review on socials. Prior to that when I had escalated matter no one came in touch with me, rather I had to open new request just to establish no broker dialogue. After review, for the very first time I saw executive from escalations team requested me through email, since closure is agreed, please delete the review. I subtly ignored the request, as my property keys and refund never was allotted. Property keys is the utter most security compromise I found with no broker, it was returned 96 hours later than the promised window, followed by another "kind request of deletion of review". This is absolutely non-sense service I paid for where I had to literally follow-up every single day for my keys and refund. If you're looking to have peace of mind, through my experience I strongly suggest stay away from this plan or No broker services. (I wish I could attach all screenshots of email followups that I did and first response and consequent responses and kind requests I received for this matter.)

I purchased the NRI Comprehensive Property Management (CPMS) plan from NoBroker on December 13, 2025. As per the terms communicated at the time of purchase, the plan was valid for 60 days. During this period, NoBroker was unable to finalize a tenant for my property.
After the 60-day period ended, I formally requested a refund and return of my flat keys in line with the originally stated terms. However, more than 15 days passed without any meaningful response or resolution. There was no proactive communication, no structured update, and no clear closure process initiated.
The most concerning part of my experience has been the extremely poor communication. I repeatedly followed up via email and calls, yet I did not receive timely responses from the Relationship Manager or any supervisor. Despite being told that a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours, that callback never happened.
Instead of processing the termination request, I was informed that the plan was considered âactiveâ and that tenant search efforts were ongoing, making a refund ânot possible.â This position contradicts the understanding under which I originally purchased the plan.
It was only after I mentioned possible legal escalation that I began receiving reactive email responses, but those communications did not meaningfully address the core issue.
Overall, my experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of transparency, delayed responses, and resistance to resolving a straightforward refund request have resulted in a significant loss of trust.
Below are the terms stated in my agreement for Refund process - Refund conditions of the deposit paid by owner:
If NoBroker is not able to finalise the tenant within 60 days, the amount Rs. 29,999/- will be refunded to the owner.
If The customer finds a tenant with the same requirements from some other source and shows the Rental Agreement within the given plan validity. the amount Rs. 29,999/- will be refunded to the owner
If the owner gets a tenant from any other sources before NoBroker finds a tenant with similar details mentioned on NoBroker and shares a valid Rental agreement, then the amount of Rs. 24,999/- will be refunded to the owner.
Plan Charge : 29999/ INR
Note: Apart from the above terms and conditions there are no hidden terms and conditions for getting a refund on this plan.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this plan.

I have waited so long, I have called many many times to Nobroker. Every time i was told they would arrange callback. Still no solution , no refund. No one is taking responsibility.
Trusting no broker is my biggest mistake. Now i have no home and no refund. My precious time is wasted by Nobroker company. employees are scammers.
RMs are fake.. Dipak Tiwari, Sonali dalal and his team members are scammers.

Nobroker team has finalized the property at Ar Atlas (2 BHK) in Tathawade, pune area. After negotiating, the agreed rent was Rs.24000 per month and deposit of Rs.48000.Also, to pay only 6000/- earlier against the nobroker charges of Rs. 9500/- as the we were not agree to the rent of Rs.24000 and team told me to adjust the same with their charges of Rs 9500/-. Trusting your team, I agreed to rent of 24000 and deposit of 48000. But at the time of paying your charges, your team created FOMO that someone other is also interested and ask me to pay Rs.10000 instead agreed charges of Rs.6000. This is a very unethical practice or a scam nobroker is following. Still we paid 10000. They told me that they will provide owner's details in 10 min. But they didn't. It's been 3 days, but no details received from your end. I have called many times but I was told that they would revert. But no one has called or send me the details. Further, i received the email wherein it is mentioned that the rent is 26000 and deposit 60000. I complaint against this also but no response yet. I was in discussion with Deepak Tiwari and Sonali dalal including other two who contacted me.
In view of the above scam, cheating and unethical practices followed by nobroker, i need my refund of Rs 10000 as I have already wasted my time, energy and Money

- Additionally, the platform shows outdated and irrelevant tenant data from 2024 and early 2025, which is misleading and unusable.

Initially I spoke to there customer care executive Mr. Basudev Prusty on 20th August 2025 and I had summarised everything to him and at that time he did not tell me about the hidden terms and conditions, on the same day at 10:49 a.m. I made the payment of Rs. 5000/-, after that they assigned a relationship manager her name was Miss.Kanchan Mishra she was very rude and showed lot of attitude while talking to me over the phone and later on she came of with many terms and conditions which was never told to me before making the payment. I told them my tenant has decided not to take my flat on rent now but he will do it later, so I called back my relationship manager Miss.Kanchan Mishra again on 25th Aug'25 and she said sorry sir we have deactivated your account, but I kept on telling her my 30 days is still active why did you deactivate my plan she kept on saying the same things and she disconnected call without my permission. Just within 5 days after making payment they have deactivated my account and did not bother to reactivate my account neither get me a tenant for my flat. I am attaching the screenshot of Instagram comments pls chk the reviews of there company on Instagram and you will come to know how many people they have cheated.

I had the worst possible experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers.
They promised hassle-free, damage-free shifting and full insurance coverage, but what I actually faced was carelessness, damage to my belongings, misleading insurance terms, and mental harassment.
My washing machine, fridge, mirror, and other items were damaged during transit.
The compensation offered was a penny amount which is not even close to the actual repair cost.
They never informed me that fragile items were excluded from the insurance at the time of booking.
Their representatives were rude and unhelpful.
I paid a high transit fee (â¹28,000) plus insurance premium, but they treated my claim very casually.
I have been chasing them for weeks, but they kept offering minimal compensation and gave no real support.
I feel mentally, financially, and emotionally harassed because of their poor service and false commitments.
Please be careful before trusting NoBroker. They hide important terms and will not support you in case of damage.
I DO NOT recommend their Packers & Movers service to anyone.
FRAUDULENT RELAX PLAN
I raised a ticket since you guys promised me a host of services for the relax plan and forced me to take the higher plan, despite not providing any of them.
as per your plan
A relationship manager allocated will do the following:
- Shortlist houses - I did this
- schedule visits - I did this
- talk to owners about confirming visits - i checked with her and she agreed she did this. I reached the first property and realised that the owner did not even know i was coming. Then on checking with her i realised she had not confirmed most of the visits.
- rent negotiation - A lot of my calls to your RM went unanswered so i talked to owner myself.
- In fact 1 of the owners was in california who she said she spoke to, but later confirmed she didnt speak to them. I couldnt see that property either. I infact kept calling her when i was at the property but she did not pick up.
- she said she couldnt reach a property owner for finding out if rent was negotiable of one of my top preferred properties. i called the listed number directly to find out that was the number of a Nobroker relationship manager who immediately gave me the owner's number. unfortunately, the house got rented out by then.
- the other property i asked her to find rent of got rented off in between all this wait time and chaos.
- I spent 30000 INR flying from to bangalore, not including commute and hotel expenses, on the belief your RM had done her job.
- My 1 year old baby ended up getting sick standing around in the heat outside houses waiting for security to let us in since they did not know we are coming.
- I lost out on most of the shortlisted places since your RM did not even do their job of shortlisting the houses!
- I ended up taking a house more than my budget since i was left with no time and not many options.
- I did not even use above 25 contacts which is your base plan and since I DID ALL THE WORK, the base plan would have worked perfectly for me. I took your relax plan since i wanted to save on the time and effort of doing all these menial tasks and also to ensure i dont have to roam in the hot weather and roads with my small baby, who THANKS TO YOUR TEAM, FINALLY ENDED UP GETTING SICK BECAUSE OF THE STRAIN!
on top of this, I raised this issue with your team expecting professionalism but your staff also speak extremely rudely and unprofessionally and in a very insulting tone to me. I have used your platform and services many times in the past but due to this callous attitude and insulting treatment, I am raising this complaint to consumer complaints forum, and also going to be posting this on social media so no other customers get cheated by your fraudulent trade practices.

This company is a complete scam, especially targeting NRI customers. They relentlessly spam you with calls until you give in and purchase one of their overpriced packages. In my case, I was pushed into buying the CPMS package for Rs 25,000. After making the payment, they completely vanished. It has been over three months, and I havenât received a single follow-up or service.
Iâve called their customer service over 100 times, requested a refund multiple times â but all in vain. No action, no support, just scripted apologies and dead promises.

I subscribed to the NoBroker Owner Super Relax Plan, hoping it would help me find a good tenant for my property. However, my experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. The sales team made me believe in the promises of their service, painting a picture of quick, efficient tenant placement and support. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from what was promised.
Once I paid for the plan, there has been zero follow-up or meaningful effort from their side to connect me with potential tenants. The initial promises made by the sales team, which encouraged me to invest in this service, were completely disregarded. Despite paying for a plan that promised proactive engagement, I have heard nothing from their team, and my property remains without any serious tenant leads.
It feels like the entire process was designed to trap me into paying for a service that fails to deliver any value. Their sales tactics were misleading, and once the payment was made, all communication and follow-up ceased. It seems as if they are more focused on collecting money than actually providing the services they promised.
I strongly believe that the Government should intervene and take action against platforms like NoBroker that are accepting money from the public under false pretenses. Promises of effective tenant placement should be backed up by genuine follow-through, not empty schemes designed to exploit customers' trust and money.
At this point, I feel completely misled, and I would not recommend this service to anyone. I sincerely request a full refund as I have not received the services I paid for.
