Helpful lady on the phone
I enquired about a credit account for my company. The lady was very helpful and set up a £500 credit limit. The item I ordered arrived within 3-4 days. Service was great. I intend to use again as we are changing our outdoor furniture from wooden to re-cycled plastic.

Ordered product six weeks ago and I…
Ordered product six weeks ago and I still have no idea when this will arrive. I have contacted company various times and they keep on making excuses. No communication from the company about a delay. This item wasn't cheap and is for my garden I have paid for the product and could have used another company.
Not good service.

I am really sorry for the delay for your order. I can see on your orders notes that you spoke to my colleague Sharon yesterday who gave you an update. Sharon has been liaising with our manufacturing department to get this order completed and sent out to you as fast as possible. I know that Sharon has advised that she will be in contact with you on Tuesday to make sure that you are being kept in the loop as much as possible.
Unfortunately, there has been a delay with the plastics and that has pushed out our ability to complete this order to which we are very sorry for. Please do rest assured we are doing everything we can do get this order out to you asap.

Top quality products with top class after sales service.
So efficient, prompt and professional service. Products are great quality. Their play benches so educational. The customer service was absolutely top class, it was so hassle free. I highly recommend NBB Outdoors.

Benches are excellent
Benches are excellent. Ordered 4 engraved park seats with back. Some delays and mixed messages with staff saying different things during the ordering process but very happy with our purchases. Would definitely use again.

Friendly and helpful customer services
Customer services were friendly and helpful when I contacted them for information before I ordered. Once I received my Sheffield toast rack I needed to request assembly instruction which were sent immediately. I'm entirely happy with my purchasing experience with Nobutts.

Extremely slow delivery & no communication
Ordered product in April. It did not arrive until September? No communication from the company about a delay. No notification that product would suddenly be arriving after all that time. (Scooter rack with bolts)
Not good service.
