Still haven’t got my parcel it’s been 4 weeks

Lots of cool merchandise. At first order was lost by delivery service but I just called up and talked to an actual person right away and a new order was sorted and received within a day or two!

Placed an order a month ago, had a confirmation email and that's it. Tried to get in contact no reply and still haven't received my order

3 weeks and still no items

No response to email either.

Currently going through a chargeback with credit card company.

Initial order placed on 21st Feb for a full skateboard setup and it's only today (18th March) that I can use it. Order was missing bearings and took an age for them to be sent. The wrong size of trucks were also sent. It was easier to order a fresh pair from somewhere else instead of faffing about with the slow service on nochaos. The packaging for the actual board was pretty flimsy, no box, just the board in 1 layer of bubblewrap and a plastic bag. Overall pretty disappointed :-(

Took over 10 days to arrive. No dispatch email. When I contacted to find out about my order received no reply. Product did finally arrive but no customer service whatsoever. T shirt didn’t even arrive packaged properly. Poor quality. Would have been better off screen printing one myself

Ordered 04/02/24, as at 08/03/24, I’m still waiting. Chased and told it was “on its way” but courier website says they still haven’t received my order.

I would love to give a review on the mystery box that I ordered but unfortunately it’s a mystery where this item is right now. This is the slowest service I have ever ordered from lucky enough I’m not in a huge rush for my gear. Doubt I will order from you again due to delivery times and delays

Edit: upped to 4 stars, did receive a response in the end, chanced another order and this one was delivered very promptly.

Overall, vaguely reasonable experience with No Chaos. Purchased a mystery box for laughs, £100 = £300 according to the website. Going through and totting things up I definitely got value for money (£100 = £200~, no complaints here) but the service left a bit to be desired. No contact for 2 weeks after purchase, I sent an email and coincidentally the box was delivered a few days later, no response to email though. Decent haul in the box, a lot of own brand stuff but a decent proportion of other stuff too, own brand items look decent quality and nicked a couple rad other brand items that I'm happy with. I'd buy from these again but they definitely need to sort their customer service out as per other reviews.

Hard to score more that 1 star as I've not received my order, it's been over 3 weeks. I sent an email and received no reply, other than the automated one saying they'd follow up within 3 - 5 working days. The next email I got asked TP review, which is how we've got here.

I understand delays happen, and have shopped online enough to be pretty relaxed when things don't run smoothly. But to not respond to a customer after a delivery hasn't arrived is just very poor form.

I ordered three shirts and a baseball cap. The cap never arrived. The three shirts did arrive and were really poor quality screen printing, however they were super cheap in a buy 2 get one free offer. So I would have let that slide. I just haven't received the cap.

I have sent two emails to try and rectify what has happened to the cap, but I have had no reply.

I have never written a negative review and even though the customer service has been truly poor, I still feel bad. Hopefully my experience is a one off and others have been happy with No Chaos.

If my cap is sent of course I would be more than happy to remove this review. Truly disappointed with the entire experience.

Wrong colour belt bag sent, t-shirt also received unpackaged, another x2 bags (tote and backpack) sent in box, was disappointing, had hoped for a better variety

My board was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I rang the shop on two occasions to ask questions about my item and found the guy I spoke to really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be buying from them again (🤫 please don't tell my wife) and I'm very happy to recommend them to others.
