My order was wrong and it still has not been corrected !

Contact diabolical took 18 days to recieve 13 day before contact me back.
Sizing comes up small just be aware

A little bit ramshackle, but heart in the right place - a great range of skateboard adjacent stuff at good prices

Great product, took a while but it was Christmas.

Always had good items from them, had a couple of issues with things being slow and arriving separately but nothing horrendous, owner actually sent extra item. Products have always washed really well, we have so many of them in the household and never had a problem with any.
I think even if they might be a bit slower this is an independent business which it's great to support and they have tons of good items. Just remove stuff from website if out of stock.

Ordered some skateboard bearings amongst some other parts for Christmas (early so I hoped to receive in time) 26 days ago, they did not turn up, rest of items took 22 days to arrive/missing the bearings.
Spoke to them/called/emailed, they said they would send on, heard nothing/no item, waited another week asked for refund, heard nothing again…. Obviously not going to receive before Christmas.

Customer service email is useless/ takes about a week or more to reply and just says the’ll be sent out, they haven’t!
Guy on phone even worse, every time I have called over the last 3 weeks (4 times) he answers by shouting’yeah’ then before you have a chance to speak he says ‘I’ll call you back in 2 mins’… every single time, he never has?!
Utterly useless business, would assume a total scam but I did receive some of my items so guessing just useless/rubbish business rather then trying to scam on purpose but as most reviews state on here they owe a lot of refunds and have a lot of bad reviews (75% bad)… avoid!

I’ll update if it gets resolved, think I may have to visit store in person when in area shortly as I’m getting nowhere with calls or emails.

AVOID.. plenty of other decent skate shops out there, never had an issue with any other store.

Great T-shirts and great service when I needed a replacement, they even sent it special delivery as they knew it was for a trip I was making. Thanks 😊

After a little wait for my t shirt, and some excellent communication from the team, I received my T-shirt, and a second free T-shirt for the hassle.. both products excellent, will use again..

AVOID... Item arrived late. Many emails sent, one response after 3rd try. The print on the Sweatshirt was WAY off centre, looks awful. Many emails sent, no response, no refund as yet. I will NOT be ordering from No Chaos again. TERRIBLE Customer Service.

No chaos were brilliant with me. I made a mistake and ordered 2 of the same thing, so I sent them a message on fb messenger. They immediately rectified this and refunded my money for the item. My refund ws in my bank the next working day and my item arrived the day after. I also spoke to them during this time as I also was going to cancel my order due to seeing bad reviews, but I'm so glad I didn't. The shirt was lovely quality and they were very helpful and true to their word. I say give them a chance.

Ordered an item from them had to email twice to chase up said order, then when it arrived it was very poor quality and very small fitting which wasn’t stated in the listing as it was listed as regular fit which it is clearly not. Then emailed them to try and arrange a return to have no response for over a week now, very disappointed in the service and quality of the item. Will not be ordering from them again

Automated responses to confirm order and discount on my order. I'd initially placed my order because of the artwork on the t-shirts.
Shipping information hadn't changed for a couple of days but still within the stated 5 - 10 working days.
I called the number listed on the website and spoke with a nice chap called Jamie. Very apologetic about lack of update. As it turned out my parcel was delivered the same day.
Excellent quality t-shirts. One with Neneh Cherry and the other with Alan Ford as Brick Top.
Will buy from them again.

Placed an order and then when it arrived it was completely wrong.

Cut a long story short the wrong order was sent twice.

Give No chaos their due, they sent my put the correct items and allowed me to keep the wrong ones.

Hoodies and t-shirts are a good fit.

Ordered and item was delivered very quickly , however not what I was expecting quality wise . No response from number on website and email give does not accept mail/can't be found email address . I would strongly recommend to avoid any dealings with this " verified shop " . Disgraceful .

It’s been 12 days still no sign of order. Contacted them by email still no reply…

Really surprised to see the negative reviews on here.

I've been using Nochaos for the past year or so due to their frequent 50% off sitewide codes being sent out on the mailing list, i've just had a parcel turn up with a free bag inside, my trucks i wanted were not in stock so they had refunded me the difference for these so this must have been an apology for these.

Shipping takes quite a long time from my experience but it's always top shelf stuff and at a price not available elsewhere.

Still waiting for a call back after 4 phone calls and 3 emails .Assume this is because I wish to have a refund .presents arrived after Christmas , due to Royal Mail strike so big their fault but very bad customer service . Will never buy from them again and neither will my two sons who liked their products.
