I purchased this product and received it without any issues May, June, July and August, 2025. Liked the product just fine. Then it stopped coming.
Suddenly February, 2026 I get a months supply. I didn’t reorder it and it charged to my PayPal linked account. I had found a cheaper alternative locally.
Tried to call a phone number that doesn’t work. Have sent numerous emails and NONE have been answered. I do receive an automated response saying they will reach out within 24 hours. It has been weeks.
I do not want the product. How irresponsible and completely inept business practices.

Gently secures like none other. And I have tried others.

We have been trying to get a refund since April 7 and
after a month and a half they stated that we should send back the unused portion for a refund. We requested where we should send the package to and have never received and response or a refund. I feel this company avoids any refunds by not responding to the client.

A friend told me about Noctivio -- he said that it really helped him. So I decided to try it -- it is awesome and works really well. I no longer need my cpap -- it worked well for me, but getting rid of the mask and having to bringing the equipment on my travels is a huge change. I'm so glad that I gave it a try!!!!!!

I have continued to use the mouth tape for the last few months and have never slept better. Thank you for a great product and good service.

The product was delivered on time. Although my wife took a few nights to get used to the mouth tape, she now sleeps better than ever. We have purchased the monthly subscription.

Took a couple of weeks to acclimate to the new approach and wake up refreshed after a night of uninterrupted sleep. Thought it might be the facial hair, but decided it was the sensation of having something tight over my mouth. Once I got used to it, I slept soundly. A little patience in the process did the trick.

I have a phone app that records my breathing disturbances in my sleeping hours. When I wear Noctivio tape, my breathing disturbances go down form elevated to Not elevated! This is a great improvement for me! I also appreciate not waking up frequently with a miserably dry mouth! Thank you for this very helpful product!

I've been using a cpap machine for about 8 years or more. My sleep was so much better but it got to be more and more of a pain to keep all the parts clean. Remembering to order new masks and hoses and filters for my so-clean was also problematic....not to mention expensive. My machine started making strange noises and it was going to be pricey to just have it looked at so I stopped using it and started looking for an alternative. That's when I found Noctivio mouth tapes. At first I was skeptical and didn't order them but I kept seeing more and more information about them and decided to try it, Hey, they really do work!! I've just started my second month using them and I'm sleeping so good again with a lot less hassle. What a great and simple idea!.

You can buy this at Walmart for 7$ . It's not normal to tape your mouth shut. If you suffer from sleep apnea this is going to cause more harm . No better sleep taping your mouth shut. You can use a stretch bandaid put just up and down middle of mouth does same thing. Ask your doctor if this is good for you before taking your mouth shut!

I used to sleep with my mouth wide open until I discovered Noctivio mouth tape. I very seldom got more than 5 hours of sleep, now I sleep 7 or 8 hours and feel much more rested. I would certainly recommend Noctivio Mouth Tape.

The product was shipped in a reasonable time period and works so well that my wife has even starting using the product nightly! A couple weeks ago, I ordered another 150!

This help me sleep alot better and stop my snoring

Although this may work for some it does not work for all.
If you choose to try this product only buy the single package to see if it will acutally help in your situation.
I made the mistake of ordering a 6 month supply. I used it for a couple of weeks and it did not improve my sleep. I asked to return the remaining unused product for a refund and have not had a response.
So if anyone wants to try this, I have some avail.

Noctivio treated me very well with a return of a product recently. I would recommend their product to future customers.

We try to support small family businesses and this is what you do. I wish I would have read the reviews first as 4 other customers complained of this same issue. Which have conveniently been taken down.
So disappointed as I was looking forward for my husband to try them.

Minimally porous, allowing pressure to equalize without compromising adhesive seal.

I've been using the mouth tape for about 5 months now. It works very well for me. I have a CPAP and hate it. Don't need that now. I sleep very well with the mouth tape. And I don't get the dry mouth any more. I have a beard and mustache and it works fine with that.

I have also tried competitors’ Products, and this one is superior.

I didn't know if I would like wearing the mouth tape at first but now, I really like the feel on my mouth. It really helps with my breathing and not getting dry mouth as much. This may be unusual, but I wear the tape while using my CPAP and it is very comfortable all night. I am glad I found the tape
