What a joke
What a joke! I had a prescription transferred to the pharmacy WellRX gave the best deal. When o picked up the prescription the pharmacy’s price was 4 times more than the coupon indicated. I called WellRX to find out the problem. After many accusations about the pharmacy putting the numbers incorrectly, told they can’t talk to me because it wasn’t my prescription, needing to talk to the pharmacist to finally decide the problem was the pharmacy didn’t order the correct manufacturer number. It was off by one number. The pharmacy told the representative that particular inhaler was on back order and they had no way of getting that one. The pharmacy also told the representative there was no number listed when they ordered the prescription stating that it had to be that number. I am now waiting for a call from someone else at WellRX and still without my medication.
It also seems from their response that they can’t even read a negative review correctly. In what way is this a problem with the pharmacy?

Thank you for your comment. WellRx provides free coupons that help people save money on the drugs they buy at drugstores. We’re sorry that your pharmacy entered your number incorrectly and did not give you the price you expected, but WellRx is not a pharmacy cannot provide you with your prescription. You state that you are waiting for your medication -- unfortunately we cannot provide you with your medication because we are not a pharmacy. Please work with your healthcare provider and pharmacy directly to get your prescription.

We've contracted with around 65,000 different retail pharmacy locations, so it's understandable that every now and again you might encounter a pharmacist in one of those locations who's not familiar with the program (especially if they're new). That said, with all those locations to choose from, you'll usually have multiple options.

Hi Dee, thanks for using ScriptSave WellRx. We've partnered with around 65,000 different pharmacy locations across the U.S. to accept our free savings card. However, as you discovered, that does still leave a handful of pharmacies that have opted not to participate.
If you decide to use our program again in the future, you're more than welcome to do so. However, we try to suggest that patients always start by using the fast, easy, free look-up tool on the ScriptSave WellRx website BEFORE just going to any pharmacy with the savings card.
By using our website first, you'll be able to see all the participating pharmacies near you (and thereby avoid accidentally ending up at one of the few locations that "doesn't want to play with us").
Not only is the ScriptSave WellRx website free, but you don't need to enter any personal info to look-up prices and find participating pharmacies.
Best of luck ... and if you need help with a future prescription, don't hesitate to try the FREE ScriptSave WellRx program again (you'll be able to look-up pharmacies at the link below)...

Significant Cost Savings!
WellRx can offer quite a bit of savings over some prescription plans. You really need to have a cost comparison run by the pharmacy to see if your insurance or WellRx saves you the most money. Some drugs I use my prescription insurance for and others are cheaper using WellRx.

Too many patients still don't think to compare our rates to their insurance copay. They tend to just assume that insurance is always going to be the cheapest option ... and, as a result, many folks end up overpaying for their meds.

ScriptSave was very easy to use
ScriptSave was very easy to use. I got the best price on my prescription which my insurance did not cover. ScriptSave showed me my mediation’s different pricing for several nearby pharmacies. I used this information to change pharmacies.

Customer Service Manager Rachel is AMAZING
I have had several interactions with the establishment, it has always been quick and easy. I call in my request, the fill it and my prescription arrives at my house 3 days later. I tried to call this week for my refill and there was an issue with my account. They told me it was going to cost $500.00 to fill my prescription this month and that I needed to call my insurance company to see why they increased my deductible. After an hour on the phone with my insurance they explained that I now need to use a preferred pharmacy for them to cover anything. I then received a text that Well RX had filled a new prescription, when I called in to verify this information I was fortunate to speak with Rachel the customer service manager. She was wonderful, I explained my situation and said I didn't really understand. She took the time and explained everything to me, they also called my local pharmacy and sent the prescription over to help me out. Then she explained that I can go on to the manufacturers website for another coupon. She stayed on the telephone with me the entire time as I completed each step. I successfully signed up on the site and was about to obtain the discount card. This car will save me about $400.00 every month. Rachel is amazing and I am very grateful you have excellent employees like her that go above and beyond and take the extra time to help a customer in need. She saved the day and my bank account as this is a drug that I may have to take for the rest of my life. Rachel thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I use Hannaford Bros. Pharmacy and they accept Scriptsave without incident every time. The price is as quoted online and each purchase is effortless. Also, Scriptsave beats most other discount programs on most prescriptions.
