They made my initial stay in Barcelona much easier, the process is simple and easy and they helped whenever I needed help.

Rebeca and team have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They are so entuned with the needs of people they serve. Amazing staff. Exemplary service. I will be recommending all my friends and family.

Stayed in Barcelona. Most of it more great than bad, but wouldn't give 5 starts due to some certain fallbacks.

I rate my recent experience 3/5. More positive than negative if I look at it. Great encounters and not-so-good ones:
+1 = processes (onboarding, welcoming, cleaning & offboarding)
+1 = team (good spirit & events)
+1 = good location (central)
- 1 = equipment (doors, cards & radiators)
- 1 = organization (cleaning hours & additional services)
Not much is missing to get 5. Change the doors and cards. Set fixed cleaning times. When the cards deactivate, move. When the door closes exceptionally, do not charge me. Publicly post rates for emergency services. Keep the good mood, the smile. Continue to play sports. Organize fun events. Continue to be responsive by email. Continue to offer a coworking service. Continue to digitalize as much as possible the interactions. Continue to offer quality apartments.

La experiencia de llegar en una nueva ciudad en Node era más que perfecta, encuentré a un montón de nuevos amigos de vida, y los servicios proponidos ayudan mucho para conocer a gente, sentirse bien, la equipa es muy reactiva cuando tienes problemas, la limpiadora era tan simpaticá. Lo recomendio totalmente !

Las cosas que pueden mejorar es la conexion internet que a veces no functionaba bien. Y el tema de subscribir a eventos y no poder cancelarlos a la ultima minuta (mientras que lo comprendo por pregunta de planification por ellos), igual cuando es relajado con cosas de afuera que no podemos controlar con anticipación, y que te cobran dinero por eso. Hay habitaciones sin luz, y eso hay que anticiparlo, no como lo he hecho ! No da las gañas de inscribirse muchas veces. A parte de eso, perfecto !

I spent 3 months with Node and really LOVED the community, the services, the events and the whole experience. I would definitely recommend the coliving experience to everyone looking to meet new people in Bcn!

I stayed at Node Madrid for a total of 4 months, divided into two periods. The facility is charming and well-maintained. This contains everything you need, from the washing machine to the dishwasher. The rooms are very nice and cosy. The common areas ensure you can relax and find a place to work. The staff at the facility is reliable and friendly. The opportunity to share a residence with so many souls allows you to expand your knowledge and open your mind. The facility is also 20 meters from a subway station, allowing you to reach all places of interest. I need help finding critical points. However, it is to be remembered that the facility will be shared with many people, so sometimes it takes effort to find your relaxation area.

We stayed at Node in Los Angeles for 7 months and had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and the whole process of moving in was very streamlined and easy to navigate. Upon our arrival, we were met by an amazing community of people, and we were truly sorry when we had to leave!

I would like to thank all NODE team for an amazing experience living in one of their fully furnished Apartment. The whole collaboration between us was respectful and honest. With the professionalism you show to your clients, the quality apartments and the quality service you offer, I am sure that Success will always be guarantee for your company. Of all the agencies that I have been living with, I prefer this agency: good communication, good attention, incredible experience, good service, many events to meet more colivers…When I return to Bcn I will continue with you, for sure!

Ha sido una de experiencia increíble, estuve dos meses viviendo con mi pareja y estuvimos como en casa, Anna es un encanto y tanto ella como todo el equipo esta implicado al 100% para que no falte de nada.

I went to Madrid looking for a 5 month room and I found a full time family there.
I arrive in the second day - when it was empty - and i had the opportunity to meet people from all around the world and it was amazing.
Sharing dinners and cooking together, making weekend plans, working side by side - make the experience of leaving abroad much more easy and fun.
The place was totally brand new when I arrived and I found it very well equiped in the kitchen and in the laundry room. I never felt that it was difficult to use any of the common areas for being to crowded.
And the common areas for relaxing are very comfortable.
Also, the area is very calm, have a good supermarket at the door and a great park less then 4 minutes, which i found important to know.
Compared with a lot of others people feedbacks I found Node a very good place to live without having any kind of complain about the staff. Their were very open minded and easy going to collaborate with.
Finally, between the staff, i had the lucky of having Anna living in the place, and she make everything work peacefully!

So in general i have to be thankful to Node for having me and make it a very interesting experience. And I would totally recommend especially for people who are interested in meeting people and have a peaceful but fun living experience.
I would totally come back one day!

I stayed at Node during my first 6 months in Barcelona and it was a great experience. I made friends for life and was able to meet like-minded individuals. There were small issues here and there but the team was always quick to fix them. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is new to the city.

Our experience with Node was outstanding, highly efficient and friendly personal, always attempting to help us during our 18 month stay in Barcelona, providing us with a service that made us feel safe and taken care of. One of the best experience in node madrid. Living in node was really great, I stayed for a month and a half and I wanted to extend but I had to leave for work. I worked from the coworking space it was great. There were great roomates, the best, you never get bored. Perfect location, We are near the metro station 3min, 30sec from the supermarket, it was the best, I loved it, there is also ping pong table, so fun. Special mention for Anna and Christina who work for node, always helpful and available and so kind. Thank you very much, I would like to come back 😉

I stayed at Node in Madrid and for 1 month it was perfect! Ann was a great community manager that makes everyone feel welcome! I met great friends and had fun. Would highly recommend!

I've lived in NYC for almost two decades (three years with Node). Node is hands down the best management company/landlord I have ever worked with.

Their staff is friendly/helpful, the building immaculate, and, their approach to issues/maintenance proactive.

A lot of companies will tout their 'community', but the folks at Node lead their community from the front and created a fantastic environment for their tenants.

The entire company is nothing less than accomodating to the fullest.

Not to mention that they spare no expense with appliances and accouterment. Guests fawn over the fridge.

I highly recommend Node..

If I could give them a no star I would.
I lived with node for a year and was loving it. However the management was not helpful. I was having rodent problems in the property and instead of them getting rid of the problem after their initial assessment they said there was nothing else they could do.
They refused to let me out of my lease early. Even when I gave them a 30 day notice that I was going to leave due to having an allergic reaction to the rodent they made me pay an additional month of rent. Cherry on top was when they took $1000 additional from my deposit and when I asked them why I didn’t get my full deposit back. They did not return any of my emails….
