They sent me the wrong dress, and when I emailed them, they offered me a 15% refund. I don't want the dress that arrived, and they refuse to either send me the correct dress or give me a full refund.

BUYER BEWARE. I wish I had known this before ordering.
The dress I received was extremely cheap quality and looked nothing like the quality I expected based on the website and photos. But my biggest issue is their return process.
Their website advertises “30-Day Easy Returns” and says customers are responsible for return shipping. What it does NOT make clear before purchasing is that they may require you to ship your return all the way back to CHINA at your own expense.
The cost of international return shipping makes returning a $70 dress completely unreasonable. When I contacted customer service, rather than providing a reasonable return option, I was offered only a 15% refund to keep a dress I don’t want.
This feels incredibly misleading. If a company is selling primarily to U.S. customers and advertises easy returns, customers should be clearly told BEFORE purchasing that returns may have to be shipped internationally at significant expense.
Had I known this, I absolutely would not have ordered from Noirlyn.
I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake.
