I really like the brand and what I like the most is that the shipping is very fast and the pieces are of very good quality, comfortable, and identical to the one chosen on the site❤️‍🔥🚀

Sizing is so off and returns process hardly exists

I can only give my experience ordering from UK.
I love the look of their products and the t shirt I ordered was good quality and looked very nice visually. I bought as a gift.

When my boyfriend tried it on- who is a very average size L in the UK - slim/muscular build - 6’1. It was comically small- like a size small. He loved the top itself so I ordered an XXL. STILL too small. The sizing is just completely off he’s never had this issue in any other clothing so I can’t make sense of how others haven’t reported this issue.

Then it gets to returning- not even worth it. There’s no returns portal and I had to have multiple back and forths with customer service to ask for a return. They were polite but this is unnecessary and frustrating when you want your money back. I was then told a return was basically pointless as I would have to arrange shipping and customers to China which was basically half the price of the T shirt so I can’t get an exchange again which I can only imagine won’t fit again because the sizing is so odd.

Unfortunately below average experience- but I LOVE their style and we wanted to love them and order lots more, unfortunately we can’t :/

Thank you for your feedback. Our customer service team has contacted you and promptly informed you of the solution. A size recommendation chart is provided on the detail page of each product, and most customers find the size fits well when choosing according to the chart. Regarding the issue of the improper size you encountered, we offered several solutions for your reference and proposed to replace it with a new one for free, but you didn't accept either. If you choose to return the item, we will respect your decision and process a refund for you immediately upon receiving the returned item. You don't need to pay any return fees to us, and we won't charge any additional fees. However, since you are returning the item for personal reasons, you are responsible for safely and smoothly sending it back to us, which is also clearly stated in our website's return policy. We look forward to communicating with you and resolving the issue. Wish you a pleasant life!

Super slecht! Komt uit China retour sturen onmogelijk! Ja moet je flink betalen voor retour. Als alternatief bieden ze 50% korting lachertje. Nog geen 1 ster waard
