Thank you for your feedback! May I ask for your order number? We'll help check it for you. All our products are made from high-quality fabrics and undergo quality inspections and multiple washing tests after production. Only products that pass the random inspections are put on sale. Moreover, we provide detailed washing instructions. If the product is washed properly, the print should not come off. The situation you mentioned rarely occurs among all the products we've shipped. If you're willing, you can contact us via email, sending us your order number and the actual condition of the product. We'll verify the situation with our warehouse. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services and hope to resolve your issue. Wishing you all the best!

Thank you for your evaluation.

We deeply apologize that this shopping experience did not meet your expectations. We use high-quality materials for production, and all products undergo random inspections by the quality control department—only items that pass inspection are allowed to be listed for sale. We have also received numerous positive reviews.

If the product you received is unsuitable, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. We strive to provide high-quality products and services.

We appreciate your feedback and hope to address the issues you've raised. Firstly, we would like to clarify that all our products come with detailed washing instructions, and each item undergoes rigorous washing tests before being listed for sale. If washed according to our guidelines, such problems should not arise.

To date, we have sold tens of thousands of this particular product and have not encountered similar issues from other customers.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We offered alternative solutions, such as exchanging the item for another style, but unfortunately, you did not accept.
Nevertheless, we remain committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will continuously strive to improve the quality of our products.
