Do not purchase anything from this company, it is a sham! I purchased a jacket that I wore in total for less than two months. The fabric completely disintegrated under the armpits. They said theyâd give me $30 to repair it, but it is irreparable. Now they will not respond to any emails and there is no phone number available. These jackets cost way too much money to be this poor quality, with terrible customer service to boot.
I just tried on the coat I received today and the interior transfers colour. My hand comes out of the sleeve with black dye on it. As such, the coat cannot be worn.
Noize customer service team didnât reply or solve my request. It has been almost 20 days and I still havenât received my refund from these scammers. Donât buy from them; you wonât get your money back even if your clothes are eligible for a refund.
My zipper pull broke (size #8 and canât get at any local sewing shops or craft supply) and when I contacted customer service they told me their coats are made overseas and they donât carry replacement parts. Told me to try a dry cleaner to repair. No apology. No help. Jacket is now garbage.
Never received my order and still have not got any compensation for it.

I ordered a winter coat on october 27th. I vhoose to pay via Sezzle payments. Unfortunately, the coat didn't fit me (size M). So i chose to send it back and re-order it again, but i paid the coat in total just to make sure that i will get the size that i wanted.
Again, the size L (order number is: EXC-US160119-1) was too small because it didn't fit my arms but was way too big at the bottom. I went to the physical store in Montreal yesterday to exchange it. After hours of explaining why I wanted to exchange the coat, the agent agreed that I can buy clothes that are the same price.
But 3 weeks later i got a message saying that they haven't received the coat that i sent back since october 30th and if they dont get it before november 27th they will charge me. This message make no sense, since i sent this back before Canada post strike. Also it is writting on their website that you will be reimburse after they got the item back, which happened since i got my reimbursment since a few days.
You guys are trying to steal people's money, it is unethical. It is your responsability to put in place a procedure that able people to view when they return package has been scanned by the carrier. What happens after that is not the customer's fault. Maybe the package got lost while the carriee has it it shouldn't be the client's responsability to pay for that kind of situation.

Bought a winter coat. Inside sleeve ripped open. They wouldn't refund or exchange but gave a discount on another one. Second coat, I bent to pick up a bag and the entire sleeve ripped on the outside. With inspection of the stitching the entire back is unraveling! It's only been one season and many edges are wearing out as if it's 5 years old! And one other BIG item to note is Noize is Canadian designed! China fabricated! You're not getting a true Canadian product!
But eitherway the product is garbage quality which is very disappointing as it is nice and the overall warmth is there.... it just doesn't stay stitched

I have recently noticed a significant quality issue that I believe warrants your attention.
Despite having followed all care instructions meticulously and not having subjected the jacket to either washing or dry-cleaning, I have observed that it is already showing signs of small pilling. This is particularly disappointing given the short amount of time I have owned the jacket and the fact that it has been handled with great care.
Given the premium expectations set by your brand and the price point of your products, it is disheartening to encounter such an issue so soon after purchase. I had chosen NOIZE with the belief in the durability and quality of your merchandise, and this experience has unfortunately not lived up to those expectations.

I purchased two coats directly from the Noize website and have been satisfied with both. One is a parka and I find it to be warm enough for even the coldest Canadian winter days. I got both on sale so the price was excellent. Iâm surprised by all the negative reviews and I hope the company works on their customer service issues because we need vegan brands like this.
I purchased a Noize brand coat during the 2023 Spring sale at Mark's Wearhouse. I first wore the coat to work at the start of winter. One morning while swiping my parking pass I heard a ripping noise. The sleeve had a gaping tear at the shoulder. I called Mark's Wearhouse and spoke to the manager who promptly told me no redress after one month's purchase. Very poor customer service for an extremely poor quality product. Goodbye Mark's Wearhouse and Noize brand!!! What a rip off!! No pun intended.
Terrible customer service, terrible return policy, excuses for delays in shipping. Buyer beware. I wish I had read the reviews here and elsewhere before purchasing a coat from Noize.com. What is the deal with 5 business day to process orders due to health safety considerations? And then charge up the *** for shipping. I ordered a size Medium to replace a small that was purchased at a local Nordstrom store. The small was too tight in the shoulders. They didnât have any coats in stock for an exchange for a medium. After searching all Nordstrom stores, I returned it and found the same coat on Noize.comâs website, but they didnât have a medium available in Black, only in Spruce. I went ahead and ordered it, and it took over 3 weeks to receive (Canada to Washington state). The Medium was smaller than the Small (tighter in the shoulders AND the sleeves were super short). It was obviously a design flaw and I contacted customer service and after a lot of back and forth, they basically said they refuse to do a return and can only offer 1 time exchange (and will not allow an exchange on that item). They also confirmed it is likely a design flaw where they put the wrong size label on. So I asked if they can please make an exception to their policy and do a return since I canât take the chance of getting another flawed coat, and they agree it is a design flaw, plus wait another 3-6 weeks for delivery. Anyway, I will never purchase another item from this company, and happy to spread the word far and wide about my experience.
Thanks Noize.com for charging me almost $200 for a piece of crap coat I canât wear. I do plan to submit a claim with my CC company.

I initially came here to write about a lack of appropriate response from customer service after a winter coat I bought this year started to rip after merely a handful of times. They are not accepting a full refund for a defective product. My previous jacket from Noize lasted over 5 years!
As an aside, I am shocked at the companyâs unprofessional responses to other customers here. I thought this was a Canadian company, but with the terrible English and poor grammar, it is likely they outsourced to a foreign third world country. The responses from customer service is incredibly unhinged and not in keeping with Canadian culture. I am shocked at the responses here to other customers including details of their trips and all. When ordering online, there is no way to try on a coat, obviously. You don't know if the style or size is going to work. You should be able to return it for a refund or exchange it multiple times if necessary until you find the right size or style. Forcing a customer to keep a coat that does not fit while also keeping the money they paid for it is unethical, underhanded, dishonest, and dirty. Something is very wrong with the Noize customer service policy. How can you retain customers by antagonizing them? They claim not exploit animals, but consciously and cynically exploit customers. Their company-centric strategies and mentality is we have your money now get lost. I will never order from this company again.

A waste of my time and money. Paid for express delivery, a week later it has still not arrived. I wrote to them with the situation and instead of checking what would be best for me, they refunded the lot without telling me first.
Also, they don't seem to care about these reviews.

I wanted to exchange, but when contacting customer service, they sent me a link for the "return label", which was NOT a link for a return label, but re-directed me to an "exchange" site which did not allow me to exchange or do anything at all.
