NOKTA CAR RENTAL SERVICES レビュー 

It was just horrible that I am looking for everywhere with this company is reviewed to warn people from it. You should really avoid it till they have some respect for their customers.
I have rented the car through billiger-mietwagen.de (partner was CardelMar) and it was from the category upper-class SUV. The car originally was Nisan Juke Automatic, but I was given A Peugeot 2008 which is not from this class at all. I waited in the airport for 70 min for the guy who will deliver the car to me (as I found they have no office at the airport). walked with my wife, my two children, and all the bags for around 500-700 meters outside the airport to reach the car. and I found this small car that can hardly fit the luggage and us. after a long discussion, they told me they can either replace it with an Opel Mokka but I will have to wait for a replacement, or I can Cancel the reservation !!!!, as I didn't have the time to do that, and cancelling the reservation meaning I must take another expensive direct from the airport car, so I took it. it was a very lousy car, the only positive point on it is it is fuel consumption.

I asked them about the drop-off, the man said one from there office will wait for me at the departure terminal entrance A. we agreed on the time and he gave me his telephone number to call if anything happens.

at the time of the drop-off, the man came late 45 minutes, security officers kept bugging me all the time, asking me to leave, I kept circling around the airport, calling the man every 5 minutes but his phone was closed. and he came like nothing happened after 45 min of hill. This is the worst rental company I have dealt with.

They asked me for a deposit but never refunded it back. Even after several emails and phone calls they are just able to lie and keep the money. Very bad service! Nothing went fine with this experience! I will never use this company again.

İstanbulda kiralamamda sorun yaşamadım ama gaziantepte hiö memnun kalmadım, hem istediğim arabayı alamdım hemde iptal etmek isteyince iade edilmedi. Gaziantepte kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

I had bad rent experience ever with Nokta car.

It is an absolutely terrible car rental company. This car rental company full of lies and terrible service. I booked a car in Kadikoy center and I was told to pick up the car in Sabiha Gokcen Airport of course I cancelled the booking because it is ridiculous to pick it up the car 40 km away of you :) What it means on their website there is a office in Kadikoy ..well there is not :)
and the biggest foul of all time is you know you do some down payment up front, they didn't even give it back even thought I cancelled it because of their scam

You don't see those kind of problems at all mate.
What about the money you guys charged and never pay it back ?
You didn't say anything about that either

I called and followed up on this 3 times and no one seemed to be concern about it

very bad experience, in turkey have many other companies for rent.
