I tried emailing because I got an extra charge after the initial purchase of the back and neck massager. I haven’t been emailed back as to why I received an extra charge.

Shipping time is a lie, I ordered 10 days ago and have not received any updates on my package. Also double the price of the average unit of the same function. Terrible communication from this company

Did not receive the product yet. When I ordered your product I was told 5 to 7 days, its been 11 days and still counting and now the product doesn't even show when I go to track. You ask your customers to be honest and constructive, so here I am being honest about your company not being honest about the timeline and constructive, when I buy your product I fund constructing your company. May be your company should try being honest.

The website is easy to use and the people who run it seem to really know what a pregnant woman needs and feels like and far prices

Shipping delayed want a refund won't make it in time for Christmas as we won't be home when it arrives.

Shipped the product way later than the website told. Talk to customer service they told me they would switch it to express. Never did. Horrible customer service. Instagram scam.

Somehow an old shipping address was added and I had already placed the order, I contacted them thru email and they responded very quickly and fixed my address for me.

The best gadget ever for periods cramp. I found this product on instagram page and I ordered this. It is a great experience and the product is best. A best gift to gift your closed ones.

Still have not received packages 2 weeks after ordering.

I’m still waiting on my order, was supposed to be delivered on the 12th, still waiting.

The tracking number is wrong so I can’t track my order. You spent 4 days sending me emails about how much you care and trying to get me to order more stuff instead of shipping the package.

Hopefully it’ll make it before Christmas despite saying 1-5 days and being ordered on the 11th.

It was super easy to place the order. I just hope it gets to us in time! I know my wife will enjoy it.

They represent hassle-free returns and it’s a lie.

They chose that language carefully to convince you it would be simple and implant the word “free” in your mind, which it isn’t, you have to pay return shipping.

You also have to send numerous emails asking for the return…they then ask for a photo confirming the package is unopened…then they inform you pay for shipping to return…then they say you have to come back and provide shipping details so they can track the return to eventually, hopefully get a return.

Not worth your time. Better products and better experience out there.

They advertised for an item, but when it came to purchasing, the item you orginally wanted is not the option, and if your not careful or paying attention, you will find your self purchasing something thag you dont want.

Buying was easy. The 1-5 day shipping did not happen. It has been 7 days and tracker hasn't shown it move in over 2 days. This is disappointing for the 30 day return policy it is eating up more of those days. Hope it shows up at all.

Fast shipping good customer service. When notified of a missed item in my order it was rectified immediately with an apology and shipped promptly.
