I ordered these gifts for my wife for Christmas and they are nowhere to be found. No email. No tracking notifications. Nothing. Estimated arrival was December 19 and do you think it got here? NO. So now my wife doesn’t get to open the gifts I got her for Christmas ON CHRISTMAS. If I could give less than 1 star I would..

Poor quality, don’t let TikTok trick you! I was embarrassed to give this to my wife. Both the back pain and neck pain devices did nothing… it’s crazy they charge over $10.00 for this crap. Best of all, when you realize it’s junk and want to return it, you have to pay more money. Because they know they’re going to keep getting more returns.

I‘ve been waiting for two weeks by now and still haven’t received my order. The website said 3-5 days. I am very disappointed and need to look for another Christmas gift now. This shop is not reliable.

I can't track the package. I don't know if it reached the location. It won't show up on any tracking websites provided. This is a Christmas gift for my pregnant wife.

My wife didn't like it as it wasn't helping her. Its mildly warm on all modes, no option to change heat level. Within 3 days I wanted to return. MUST KNOW that return is not straightforward. You have to contact them via email. They would ask for pictures of the product and packing. If they approve your pictures, then comes the best part, you have to pay for the packing and shipping to Las Vegas. NO FREE RETURNS. So think again if you want to order it l. Lol. I returning it anyway!!

I tried to cancel and I was told no. After being told I couldn't cancel and get a refund, it took 5 days to send my order. During that 5 day wait period, it shouldn't be a problem to cancel and receive a refund. I was told the reasoning was due to the Rapid processing system. It's not very Rapid. I was hoping to have it by Christmas but now that's looking less likely. I will be returning it. It feels like the company forces the product down your throat without of any remedies.

The back massager doesn’t have multiple options and it’s very light to the touch. The heat is also not strong. The extended belt Velcro is weak as I have tried it while 9 months pregnant. The battery life sucks as well. Good thing is that it automatically turns off itself. But overall for the price it is overrated in my opinion.
As per the neck it mainly focuses on two spots and doesn’t loosen any tightness in neck. The one good thing is that it turns off by itself but for the price I had a higher expectation. It does have multiple options but they feel the same. I would compare it to a tense machine that is used in physio therapy. The automatic speaker is also kind of annoying when telling each function and it’s level.

Not really your fault but you picked shipper so I’ll blame you. Back heater I ordered has been sitting at same spot in CA since the 13th. Very unhappy due to being a Christmas gift for my wife.

Took y'all 5 days to get it to the carrier

It has been 40 days and no order has arrived. I have emailed 3 times to this email address infonomisk.gmx.net and no reply. I have tried to find the legit website from where I bought the product a mama jumper and now it no longer exists. Be careful before you use this !!!

Ordered The product on the 13th and on the 20th the product is still not been moved outside of the originating state. Do not believe I will receive this item before Christmas.

I wanted to cancel my order but you didn't give me a chance to do so before shipping the item. That's really poor customer service on your part.

Not very happy with shipping. Ordered as a Christmas Gift. The shipping tracker showed that it has gone through 6 steps, but has yet to leave Hayward, CA.

Purchased a Maia last year for my wife and she loved it. This year I bought the Kleio, Kore & Luna… great company! I even asked for a discount via email before my purchase and they provided me with a coupon code and saved over $60

Product looks great, but i doesnt have it yet that i already have the survey. I bought it for my wife's birthday present, i hope she will like it, and if not i hope it will be less than 30 days (buying, packing, storing until THE day, receiving it, wait for periods to test, etc.) Maybe a 60 days could be awesome. + makes girls have 2 tries instead of one.
