Not happy at all. My experience is just like that of several other reviewers. I also intended to order 1 collar but was charged for 4 or 5.
I also attempted to cancel within minutes after I received a notice of charges, but was told it was too late and that the order was ready to leave the warehouse!!
I was told not to worry - I can return within 30 days for a full refund. I don't even want to try it, to be honest. It took so long to receive, I had to try another brand. The email responses are of no help. Frustated to say the least.

Customer service gets back to me very quickly. I appreciate that

The customer service agent was very helpful. However, I am very frustrated that the bark collars only come in a large size. I waited a long time to receive them. Now I have to start my search all over again.

Hello. I accidentally ordered 4 bark collars instead of 2. I kept emailing them asking for instructions and address to send them to, to get my money back. After several emails back and forth, they said they would reimburse me $82 and I could keep the collars. I really wanted a full refund, but I got tired of asking and accepted their offer. Not a happy camper!

Absolutely horrible, terrible company, scammy website, way over charged and very difficult to cancel order. Do not order from this website!!
EDIT to add: Regardless what the dodgy customer service replies below, they have continued to refuse to refund despite requesting a refund within 5 mins of making the order and realised I was overcharged $117 instead of $45. They are still refusing to refund, absolute scam of a company.

Quick to respond to queries, but although I cancelled an order within 5 minutes of placing it they were unable to stop despatching it.

Responded quickly. And offered return instructions promptly

Ich wollte ein Halsband kaufen, und habe schließlich 1 plus 4 Halsbänder im Warenkorb und diese wurden auch über PAYPal direkt bezahlt - ohne mein Einverständnis.
Meine unmittelbare Stornierung,innerhalb von 5 Minuten , wurde abgelehnt.
Die Bestellung wäre bereits im System und ich könnte innerhalb von 30 Tagen alles zurück schicken.
Jetzt speist mich der Support mit fadenscheinigen Angeboten und nennt bisher auch keine Adresse für die Retour.
Finger weg von diesem Produkt.
Außerdem ist es extrem billig produziert und nur einen Bruchteil des Preises wert.

A mistake was made on my order that was already to be shipped but I was told this could be rectified after receiving the goods. Unfortunately the Noobark collar was not good for my dog. This happened April 12,2026

I ordered the item on the 7 th of April, didn’t receive a tracking number, after a fortnight I had to e-mail the company to see where my order went?

After the e-mail I received a tracking number straight away, but didn’t receive my order until 29th April,and it was the wrong size

Die bestellung wurde 4 fach ausgelöst. Die Seite blieb hängen und als ich nochmals aktualisiert habe wurden gleich weitere Halsbänder gekauft. Zum glück konnte die Bestellung dann doch noch storniert werden erst hies es es geht nicht! Nun ist das Halsband gekommen. Beim Test mit reinpusten funktioniert es, wenn mein Hund es trägt passiert keine Vibration und auch kein Ton wenn er bellt. Habe seine Haare am Hals sehr gebürstet und auch etwas weg rasiert aber es funktioniert immer noch nicht. Ich werde das eine Haare sicher nicht völlig abrasieren. Bin leider sehr enttäuscht für so viel geld.

Same story as many here giving it a 1 star rating. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!! I accidentally ordered 6 collars when I only wanted one due to the user interface confusion (no clear indication that when you click paypal it pays immediately - normally you are redirected to Paypal, nor did their website allow you to review your shopping cart - I thought I had to do that in paypal.) I called AND emailed within 15 minutes or ordering and like others, was told it was too late it had already been shipped. Which is physically impossible. I was then told I could return products in 30 days under the T&Cs. Which I am now trying to do and 'customer support' is being extremely difficult by asking for all the detials again even after providing the order number, asking for surveys which won't allow you to rate any less than 4 stars, issuing a partial refund when I declined their offer and requested a full refund plus more. I have met their full T&Cs and return policy. If this is not resolved shortly I will proceed with a chargeback through my payment provider and lodge a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading. Really dissapointed.

Website was easy to navigate and place the orders.

Are quick to answer enquiries on tracking providing easy to follow instructions which leaves the buyer piece of mind that their transaction and transportation of their goods are being dealt with in a professional manner

The website was informative and easy to use. The ordering process also easy to maneuver through.

We hope the product is all is has claimed to be.
