I bought my first noodoll - a zipped ricemon phonecase in 2011 in Estonia, and I love it to bits. Not all my more recent phones have fitted, but ricemon is still part of my daily packing - I keep keys in him. Five years later, I got my ricepuffy noodoll in Oslo in 2016. It's one of my most precious little friends. Perfectly sewn, perfectly stuffed, and the friendliest face. Has kept me company for years and really cheers me up.I often look at the Noodoll website and instagram when I feel sad and it cheers me up. Next up is riceberg, who I am in love with. Thank you Noodoll for making the world cuter.

I'm obsessed with the Noodoll mini plushies, my daughters have quite the collection now (basically they're mine). We also have 2 of the cushions which my girls love to snuggle with. The designs are so cute and beautifully made. I love following Noodoll on Instagram keeping up to date with their latest designs. The bao bun is my current fave 😍

Absolutely adore their cute teddies and they've always arrived in the post really quickly. Can't fault them!

The order is still in stuck in customs. It never arrived. My tracking information shows it is stuck in Boston trying to be cleared for customs.

We do love your products and are very excited to get our stuffed toy. It is just disappointing to pay extra shipping to get it here quickly and it still be stuck in customs. I am aware this is not entirely your fault. I am just disappointed.

After communication with DHL and Noodoll, Noodoll determined that the original shipment was lost. They were terrific and made things right! Noodoll refunded the part of the money I paid for fast shipping so I only paid for regular shipping and the Ricemonster. They resent the Ricemonster, at no additional charge, with an additional surprise, and some stickers by Royal Mail. The package arrived today! My son is thrilled!

Thank you Noodoll! I am very pleased! We will be shopping with you again this Christmas!

Perfect! Everything was well-packaged, and arrived really fast! A present for my sister, she was delighted!

Excellent experience every time. We have a few noodoll in our family and this time added two of the little ones to our collection. Ours did not include a little veggie bag and stickers which is a promotion if you purchase two. When I mentioned this they apologized and sent one to us right away. Lovely plush and customer service.

This is the second time that I have ordered a gift from Noodoll, and they don’t disappoint!

Fantastic customer service and quick delivery. I requested a personalised note for my niece and nephew, the warehouse emailed to me to confirm my instructions just before packing up my purchase.

It only took 4 days for my order to arrive (I ordered late Thursday evening, delivery was made on the following Monday). Packaged beautifully with care, my niece and nephew love their new Noodoll friends.

Great products & quick delivery. They were really quick to respond when I realised I'd missed something from an order before Christmas, I was able to easily pay the difference and it shipped out with my order.
