Photos do not match product.
I ordered 4 arrangements that were advertised to look like full potted plants. What I received were 4 "stems". I paid $20 per, for what would cost $1 at a Dollar General. Requested refund, they offered $17 and I would have to ship product to China. I still had original packaging that showed it shipped from a warehouse in Chicago. They have a 30 day money back guarantee, but i have repeatedly contacted them and they do not respond.

Total scam artists, shipping details are not correct and when you track it the courier has no details. totally useless and avoid using them

I give it one star because zero is not an option.
I ordered a product specific to a country. First, there was no tracking information provided and when they did, it would not update. Th site would say my order didn't exist. I waited more than a month for the product. Finally, I contacted them and told them I no longer wanted the item. It was too late for me to use it. Then over a month later, the item arrived. WRONG item. Way too late. When I contacted them, they offered me to return the item at my expense (overseas fees) and they would reimburse me 9.00 USD. I paid 46.00 for the item. I let them know that their offer is an insult, I settled for a larger reimbursement and I would throw the item in the trash. It is of no use to me, since it is the wrong item. Once I replied with my settlement, they stopped responding.
I am not defaming them, since I have all the emails, order and product to prove my statements. I will not publish my opinion. So, buyer beware. Order from this company at your own risk.
If at any time they do the right thing, I will amend my review to show they did the right thing after all. Unless this happens, I stand by my review, with plenty of documentation to prove the facts I've stated.

Ordered a hat from this company over 1 month ago and have yet to receive. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I should have read the previous reviews before I purchased from this company.

I ordered my USA JERSEY over 3 weeks ago and paid for next day shipping and until today I still have not received my package nor any delivery confirmation

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered glasses with a specific prescription and after a few weeks I received them. The quality is very disappointing. Since the quality was disappointing, I wanted to return them.

The company's website states that you can return them for free, but when you contact them, that is not possible. They offer you a $5 discount if you keep the glasses. Now I am stuck with these glasses that I cannot use and cannot return for free.

Watch out, people, if you order anything here.

I ordered 4 2026 Mexican jereys for Father Day Gifts on April 12. I have received some bogus tracking mumber after 6 weeks. The package is now supposedly lost. I have yet to receive my pkg. Fathers Day is in 4 days. I paid using my Mastercard. Order # Noomoriey27929. So Dissapointed. What a scam!!!

Absolute scam! I waited one month for the beach towel that turns into a bag and I paid for two, only to get regular terrible quality single-layered towels that are small and useless! Not even cotton so I can’t use them for anything else! Avoid at all cost.

If I could give this product the power washing nozzle I would give it negative a horrible cheap plastic product that comes with parts that do not work. The company is a scam as I told them product does not work. They had the nerve to say return product to China and I have to pay the fees for shipping. I checked the envelope I received it in and it came from someone in Chicago they fight with you and insult you they will refund not even 1% of what you paid for it. I was going back and forth with them for over two weeks. Stay away from this company. Horrible

Order never received. Got a tracking number 60 days ago. Total silence. Paid by Mastercard.

After 90 days I received a picture of what I ordered. A picture in plastic, to be fair.
However, it was broken in two

I ordered the outdoor flowers on May 12, 2026. They charged my card on May 15, 2026. I never received a confirmation number or an email
That said they shipped or any contact from them period. I’ve send 3 emails to their support group and have never gotten a response from them. This appears to be a scam from the start. Everyone beware ordering from this bunch.

I ordered a metal a plant stem with 3 carnivorous plant stems and received a 2-dimensional plastic picture of a plant.

I purchased and received The Citrus Juicer Product Model MDC1 which was defective. I am trying to return the product but haven’t been able to because of an incomplete address. I need a complete address plus zip code.

After reading the description for the F-CAW-F hat and picture I ordered this hat. What I received was an inferior product. Instead of a cotton embroidered hat I received a nylon silkscreen hat with red stitching. When I contacted them they offered a store credit. REALLY, if they messed up my order it does not make me feel comfortable about ordering anything else. Now either I keep hat and get only $5 or send back on my dime and hope I get a full refund. Very very disappointing company to do business with.

I purchased two Easter needoh packs for my kids for Easter at $104

Firstly I ordered on 10 March and didn’t receive my items until 14 April well after Easter.

Secondly when they arrived they were FAKE cheap squishies. the box wasn’t even the advertised box and the additional large needoh products that were supposed to be included were tiny fake products.

Biggest SCAM ever. Don’t buy from this company.
