Horrible Customer Service …
On 6/23/26 I ordered "Regime Change" by Jonathan Swan and Maggie Haberman. I did get a link to an e-book but nowhere did it say I was not ordering a physical book. I emailed them immediately to request a refund IF I was not getting the physical book. No response. I sent 2 more emails to no avail. Today is 7/7 and I still have not received a response, the physical book or a refund. I just sent another email. If I don't get a response within 24 hours I will report a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company.
