Never received the goods, had no reply to my email asking where these were, am now seeking to recover my payment

I ordered a Keyring 5 weeks ago and still not received it. While it is only a Keyring it was for my 6 year old autistic son and to him it is a big deal.
Several emails, a message on Instagram, messages to their messaging service and no response whatsoever. Website is now down. Assuming they’ve now closed down maybe.

Ordered 4-5 weeks ago and still haven’t received goods despite me emailing the company. No response no goods. I ordered personalised key ring for a child

I didn’t even receive my order and not one person has even replied to the 8 emails I’ve sent about this. Noons is an absolute joke of a company, just takes your money and doesn’t deliver your items.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago. The item wasn't delivered and it is no longer required, but I find it impossible to speak with their customer service to get a refund.
The phone number does not work, no asnwer to emails. When I tried online chat, it either told me that all agents were busy or asked me to raise a ticket to get a response within 24hrs (then of course no one responded to my ticket).
When I placed my order, Noons invited me to to leave them a tip, which I did!
Won't use them ever again.

Good site, good price and good delivery

A brilliant company. Easy to navigate website, prompt delivery, beautiful item, photo images are so clear. I have used it 3 times to make personalised shin pads for my son and his friends and they absolutely love them!

I recently purchased a personalised Liverpool keyring from Noons (noons.co.uk), and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. First time I have used Noons, have to say they are excellent. I emailed them after I had placed my order because I wanted to amend my personalised names that I had chosen and they promptly replied and amended my order with absolutely no problems whatsoever.
I received my order within two days and I am very pleased with it.

Twice now I have ordered from here and both times I have been so pleased with my personalised items. The customer service is amazing they are very responsive and they do actually care about how they present your personalised products. I had to show off my orders to other people and had to end up putting a third order in for a friend and have had other friends order from here also, no complaints whatsoever. I will be using them more often

I ordered from Etsy and after a couple weeks of not hearing anything I sent them a message on the platform (already emailed once), only to be told they no longer sell on Etsy. Had to wait 2 days for me to be allowed to get Etsy to step in to get a refund.
I can't say anything about the products since it never arrived, but they should not have an Etsy page if they just take your money and don't say anything!

Ordered something from Etsy - hasn't turned up 2.5 weeks later and Noons don't reply to me about it.
