Easy to order and arrived on time.

Rubbish customer service. I checked that the goods were available and could be delivered in the time frame required. Goods haven't arrived yet and no communication from the supplier despite numerous requests for info or a refund.

I had never heard of this website before, googled personalised boot bag and this site had a great choice and the best prices so took a chance.

The personalised bag and bottle holder arrived the next day and the quality is awesome. I have saved this website to my favourites and will be back.

Fast, Efficient, good quality boot bags...

1st purchase via Etsy cost £8.99 inc postage, 2nd purchase of identical item, direct from Noons cost £10.98, 15% discount code sent with 1st order wouldn't work, couldn't order via Etsy as Noons were taking a break, Noons did not respond to my email regarding discount code not working, despite acknowledging receipt of email. Happy with mug though.

Received an email to say order dispatched. 11 days later I emailed to say nothing had been received. I had a response from Mark on the same day saying he would chase it up. 8 days later I had still heard nothing and so contacted them again to request a refund. They arent responding to my emails so I am now seeking legal advice to get my money. Do not touch this company, absolutely shocking!!

Amazing design easy to use web site and speedy delivery time

Unfortunately I have not received the item. Tracking number provided for Hermes/Evri but their website just says carrier receipt on 1st September. It was due for delivery at the latest by 7th September but as at 13th September not received.

28/09/22 Still not received. Had email from Mark at Noons offering a replacement but having accepted that offer, still nothing at all.

Hadn’t received my item nearly 2 weeks after ordering it even though it says it you’ll get the item within 2 days of purchasing. When i emailed to query this they told me it was shipped but didn’t give me any shipping updates or even a notification that it had been shipped and no tracking number. Reassured me it would come in time but when it still hadn’t come by the date they said it would they no longer respond to any emails. Spent money on an item i still haven’t received weeks later which was a birthday present. Shocking customer service.
