I ordered a specific pair of shoes, but what I received was completely different from what I paid for. Mistakes can happen — but what’s worse is the lack of customer service. I sent multiple emails asking for help, and I still haven’t received any reply or solution.
It’s frustrating to spend money, wait for delivery, and then be ignored when there’s an issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their communication and quality control, because right now the service is unacceptable.

Product sent was horrible. Spent over $100. When wanting a refund they said I would have to send it to Asia at a cost of $50. Refused and contacted my bank and got my money back. Do not recommend

This company said they were located in Vancouver which is not true. The quality was so poor it was laughable. No refund. Wants me to ship the product back to China which costs a fortune. They are fraudulent just like so many companies these days. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM

The silver bracelet I bought feels so meaningful. I wear it almost every day and it still looks shiny and new. It’s the kind of piece that just makes you feel put together without trying too hard.

This is not a Canadian company, it is Asian. They made up a false story of "Nora" and her so-called son "Max". The clothing is cheap and worthy of the garbage. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I ordered a XL vest - when I tried it on, I thought that they had sent me an XS by mistake. I sent an email asking about returns. No response.

This is a total SCAM - BUYER BEWARE!

Never ever buy from this sight. Totally misrepresentation of all their products and of where they come from. This is not a Vancouver or Canadian retailer. They should be barred from Canada. Returns are to China only at your expense. DO NOT BUY THEIR MERCHANDISE

Too bad I didn't read these reviews before ordering a sweater/jacket. I'm kicking myself. Would love to give 0 stars. The picture on the website was deceptive. The actual fabric is shiny and thin, very wrinkled. It's supposed to be a size 4X, which would normally give me ample room, but I can't even zip it. The sleeves are very skinny. Plus it smells like chemicals. Completely disappointed. As for this being a store in Vancouver - THEY LIE! I was quite ticked off to discover that I bought something from China. When I clicked on the tracker, it still showed the package as being in transit, when it was at actually on my doorstep. And now I see that the particular page the sweater was listed on is showing as "404 page not found". As for their returns policy, forget it. I will take the loss, especially given other peoples' experience. Never again. This company is a sham.

By far the worst customer service ever. And what a joke they are not a legit Vancouver Business at all. Trying to get a hold of somebody to talk to you there is impossible. Everything is done through email. Delayed by 12 to 16 hours on a response. I ordered something it never arrived and I’m trying to get my refund and they keep telling me they’re looking into it. Such absolute nonsense.

Don't buy from this site! What I got is cheap polyester tops instead of the lovely tops in the photos. Looking at the return policy, the banner on the top of the site says "30 day hassle free returns" but reading the actual policy, there must be a defect on the clothing to return it. It seems no returns are accepted unless there is a defect! Not hassle free at all. The warehouse is in "Asia" and the return process includes that I must pay for my return package to be tracked for "the full journey to the final destination. ..do not select limited or partual tracking options, as we must be able to verify the item was sucessfully delivered to our warehouse."
TOTAL SCAM SITE.

I ordered a coat (Rory™ - STYLISH PRINTED CARDIGAN WITH ELEGANT DESIGN) for my wife. What I received was a printed plastic bag with sleeves.
The company advertised as an Canadian Brand with Canadian Flag logo, located on Vancouver, BC.
I am furious that I fell for that Chinese scam.

I ordered a blouse and a pair of shoes. The quality of both items is mediocre. Neither item fit and I didn't like the quality so I wanted to return them as per their 30 day return policy. Admittedly I didn't read it in detail when I ordered and I should have. The policy is 30 days from receipt of the item. When you advise you would like to return they will chip away at the 30 days by offering you small refunds of 10-20% and just keep the items. By the time I got the info to make the return a week had already passed and this was with me responding very quickly each time. You have to return the items to China so to ship back from Canada it is VERY costly. From Canada Post (with a tracking number) it was going to cost me $90.00. This was almost as much as the order. I checked with a courier company instead and it was going to cost $230.00. I ended up taking the 20% refund and will try and get some money on marketplace for the shoes.
Strongly advise against this misleading company, don't waste your time and money.

I bought blouses which were poor quality, cheap polyester with a print stamped on them. Ugly. No labels inside the garments whatsoever. The pictures are misleading. More expensive than Temu, which actually has better clothing . I'm a fool to have fallen for this. This rip-off company is not based in Vancouver or even in Canada, they're lying. Beware and do not purchase.
