The comfort strap is definitely better than the original (what looked like some sort of undergarment strap), has greater battery life - that is a must. Also, the prescription lenses are a great idea for those of us who need. But the headset still seems to feel “heavy” to me though. (But I’m a tiny person so maybe that’s just it. lol )Wondering if Nord Labs has any ideas on the fitting around the face/eyes though. Somehow cushioning it greater. Each time I remove the headset, the eye moldings scratch the heck out of my forehead. Or when I try to just tilt it upwards for a brief moment - scratches again. Nordlabs seems to be “on top” of comfort issues with the Meta products, so, I was just wondering. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchase.

As advertised, the extra weight of having the battery pack does afford a more comfortable experience. The shipping time was not too bad, however better packaging is needed. The box it came in was crushed on one end. Fortunately, it did not affect the product. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the fact that you cannot use the extended battery feature if you need to connect your Oculus to your PC to run PC-VR games via the USB-C port. I think a warning should be given in the description about this.

They offer a refund policy. I paid for the postage and for almost one month of the item being returned they claim they havnt receieved the item. The customer service keeps going around in circles and have not contacted the local postal service where the item is being held. This is absurd.

After alot of back and fourth about purchasing (thought it could be a scam) I decided to bite the bullet and it wasn't a scam! Received my purchase quickly and it's such a great addition! How can you go wrong with something more comfortable and longer battery life?! Thanks

I can say as a person who is always looking to benefit on gadgets that can be used more than just one thing like playing games. I really use this most as a production gear to work and I have used it as it came I. The box and it certainly the quest battery does not last long enough for a single sitting. With this i can in0my work product without been connected to wires for very long while and I mean for at least 4hrs before I am looking for a charger and keep in mind that I am working. Playing this should be a great time to have. One thing I would like it to be even better is to have the battery be able to swap for more extended hrs. I hope they can see this and I would like to volunteer on this new upgrade. Thank you for making this gear. May Gob bless your business.

When i got my Quest 32, i immediately hated how it hurt my neck and further hated how it ran out of juice so quick making the entire thing seem like a waste of time and money. My brother told me, I was missing the magic sauce, i was missing the Comfort Strap with Battery Pack - he was right - absolute game changer!

I have had nothing but issues with this. I have gotten slow charging alerts and device isn't compatible warning and the battery life is not nearly as long as advertised, maybe 3 to 3 1/2 hours. After multiple emails with photos showing the issues I got nothing but the run around and gave up but my email is full of offers from nord. Custom service is awful. Also not as comfortable as advertised.

Don't recommend this company at all. Product says easy 7 days returns - it doesn't say anywhere that you have to return it to Canada at your own expense, even though the package that arrived had a UK return address. (We live in the UK). Furthermore, this Product is not suitable for stationary use if you have high back chairs. The headset is very large and very heavy. Absolutely terrible customer service. PayPal dispute raised in order to get postage paid to return 2 x headsets. Stay away from company!

Bought the battery head strap and the facial interface for my quest 3, the head strap looked really good on the photos, don’t be fooled it isn’t at all a quality strap, the strap constantly slackens off, the black bit for the back of your head constantly detaches, facial interface padding is so thin. I had all bobovr stuff for my quest 2, I will never stray again. Bobovr headset is so, so much better.
I also emailed regarding my disappointment with the products I purchased, never received a response.

Ordered some prescription lenses for quest 3 but the prescription seems wrong. Tried contacting them two different ways and had no reply. They offer a 7 day no hassle refund but they don’t reply to your request. Lesson learned.

I have had my meta Quest 3 for about a month or so now. this is truly a new experience being part of the VR world. I am finding new things watching sports games. my nord Comfort Strap with Battery Pack is fantastic. I had the original setup and it was giving me headaches. When I came across Nord I decided to try it and purchased the new strap. Instant satisfaction. No more headaches and it was not only nice to have an adjustable strap but the extra battery to extend my VR time. I would highly suggest buying one and I look forward to trying out more of their products. Thank you Nord.

My experience with this company has been extremely negative. After placing an order, the delivery to the UK took an unreasonable amount of time. I then had to return the items because of poor quality.

Shockingly, I was required to pay for the international return postage from the UK to Canada myself £18. Despite them receiving the returned goods [tracking confirmed delivery, they failed to issue a refund.

This forced me to request a chargeback from my bank. Incredibly, the company is now disputing the chargeback.

So, to be clear: they have the products I returned, they have my original payment, and I've also paid for expensive return shipping. They've left me completely empty-handed. This feels fundamentally dishonest, and I am now exploring further options to recover my funds. Be very wary before ordering. FYI, my bank advise contacting the Police

I will update this post if Nord Labs do the right thing
