I purchased a NordQuest VR headset online. At the time of purchase, their policy clearly stated that returns weren’t required for a refund, no questions asked, "risk-free, no-hassle." Unhappy with the product, I immediately contacted support to request a refund. They insisted that return the device. I said that's fine, I don't mind returning it. But support claimed I needed to pay out of pocket to ship it to Canada. (They later changed their return policy, but the Internet Archive confirms the original terms.)

Support was extremely unhelpful. We went back and forth for months. During that time I attempted to dispute the transaction with my credit card company, but NordQuest told them I'd refused to return the unit.

When I called NordQuest out on this, the support team said "it looks like your credit card company denied your dispute." They refused to issue a refund. I was completely powerless.

Even though I offered to return the device, they continuously delayed responding and refused a refund. Their site promised a “risk-free, no-hassle” return process, but my experience was the opposite—months of back-and-forth with no resolution. Their customer service was downright snotty to me. This company doesn’t honor its policies or provide reliable customer service. I will never do business with them again.

I purchased the "Quest 3 Charging Dock × 1" from their site. The rechargeable battery died in less than a year, they will not ship a replacement. I am not an avid user, this would be considered low to medium use. I think their brand is shiny sub-par quality for shiny short-term use.

They conveniently ship from Canada, so if you’re unhappy and want to return the product, guess what? Shipping costs more than the product itself! You’re forced to keep it, even if it doesn’t work as promised.

This feels like a well-crafted overseas scam, and it’s NOT okay. If you don’t believe me, ask them about their refund policy—it’s a trap that goes against common consumer practices.

Here’s the kicker: You can get the same thing on Amazon for nearly half the price. Don’t fall for this overpriced, high-risk gamble.

Purchased prescription lenses for meta quest 3, at £49.99. There was only one product listed, it stated magnetic lenses. I received a cheap pair of plastic Chinese lenses, dropshipped directly from china. When I complained I was told I’d ordered the non magnetic version. They’ve now put the price up to £59.99 and are trying to claim I ordered the (conveniently now out of stock), non magnetic version, that are no longer on their website. There was never another option on their website, they have falsely advertised their lenses and sent me a completely different cheap rip off. Read the other reviews; all they do is dropship from china. Check Aliexpress and you will find the exact same products for much cheaper - do yourself a favour and order from there instead!

I've been using the Meta 3 with the Acer shooting simulator. The reality is awesome. I use it to help with my drybfire practice and can honestly say that it has helped me improve my skills as since I started I have incr3ased my finishing from 49th ton25th to 11th and most recently 2nd.

My battery pack is Amazing, I can play for hours now,so great.

I purchased the sweat mask for the oculus 3 works well and comfortable but the nose piece is really tricky to install and not have it fall off while playing. But wish they would have made it a one piece instead of 2 pieces

I bought the headset with battery and very impressed.
Very comfortable and plenty of extra game play. Plus doesn't slide around as much . Would highly recommend it

Fast postage from Canada. Fantastic product and fit perfectly to the Quest 3

Everything you need for a power bank headstrap. It's a comfortable fit, easy adjustment and ergonomic. The only downsides are on medium brightness the power pack itself only lasts 2 hours and the strap can sometimes fall out of the slot you put it in. Other than that it's a pretty good product. 7/10

Brilliant, i am not a gamer i basically use the Quest 3 for watching movies and love it

I absolutely LOVE my nordquest head strap system with the battery built in!!! I had another aftermarket head strap and was using a yoke style extra battery on my neck but saw the Nordquest setup and thought I would give it a try. It is SO comfortable and well balanced you don’t feel any extra weight. I love being able to play now for hours! Nordquest also sells a VR headset hard shell carring case that it all fits into perfectly. I am so happy with the products.

So far it has been great, the comfort strap with battery has done exactly as it has promised- extended play time and it has also balanced the weight. AND the price was OK. Hopefully it lasts a couple of years

Headstrap battery is comfortable and very durable. Can’t complain. If I needed another I’d buy it from Nord

The support is perfect, great quality

Horrible customer service And products. Charging stand didn’t last a month. Wouldn’t refund my money with postage because my disability prevented me from using the headset (didn’t know at time of purchase) so they wanted me to pay shipping which was much more than the refund I would’ve gotten so I had to bite the bullet. Didn’t even try returning the charging dock.
