The board is simple in design, so functional. The plastic wrap debris on the right side of the board was disappointing. Nothing a razor blade can't remove. But I would have expected someone to inspect before shipping.

I received a "delivered" notice at 10:25 pm. No one rang the doorbell, but I checked on my front porch at 10:30 and there was no package. We've never had anything stolen from our porch. I reached out to Norma asking for a photo of the delivery twice and never got a response. I try to support small independent businesses, but this one is a NO for me. It's been almost a week and I've still heard nothing. I know these types of products are great, but find them through another vendor.

Still waiting for my order after almost a month!

I would like a wider base.I could do duck squats in comfort.However,I had surgery to replace a blown out knee, and this board is WONDERFUL.

Never shipped — awful customer service.
Ordered the item in February, it's now April 12, still nothing. Customer service said they'd fix the issue but has now completely ghosted me.

Stay away from this company. You can find similar items elsewhere.

I’ve been trying to contact them via email to return my order, but they do not respond. Be careful when you order here.

It's early days, but so far, so good. The product is sturdy and very well-built. No set up required and it's providing value to me. I'm excited to se the progress over the coming weeks

It’s been a week since receiving my board and I noticed after 3 days how much my ankles and calf muscles feel looser.
I’ve just done the basic 3 stretches on level 1 on the board twice a day. Morning and night and noticed ease of movement.
I’m very happy with your product and will continue to use it daily.

I thought I might have got some kind of instructions or exercise book with my purchase. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Charlie

Beautifully made board. Simple, elegant, fit for purpose.

This fit into the exact niche I've been needing to fill. No more using steps, counters, rails. This doesn't just help the stretch, but adds simple and easy exercises to my daily routine.

Products appear to be well made and sturdy.
Fullfillment time was fairly long, which was a bit disappointing but not terribly important.
However, the downloaded E-book had no informatin on how to use the Balance and Stability Board that I also purchased, though the advertising indicated there would be instructions for it. So, not pleased that there were no directions.

Excellent product. Should last a long time.

I payed and placed my order with Norma Design on 26/02/26, I sent them an email requesting a progress of my order on 09/03/26? Received a response saying they experiencing high demand and apologies for the delay… I then received a tracking number which was from a Chinese courier company… which was on transit to my address… then following the tracking number I have found that my order has been returned back to the shipper? I then contacted Norma Design and informed them of the issue? They said that the address was an issue and to give them a clear address for my order and they will send it on to the courier? The initial address I gave them was for a Post Office Box… unfortunately some courier services will not deliver to them? So my I gave them an alternate street address for my order…that was on the 09/03/26 since then and up to date 26/03/26 I have not received a positive response from Norma Design regarding any progress on my order…. Only empty excuses!

Love the multiple levels available. Most wedges can't be changed so I love that there is this option with the Norma Design product.

When shopping online from a company that is new to you, look for some obvious warning signs and red flags: 1. The website has little or no concrete information about the company (address, location, stock levels, etc.) 2. Inconsistent information e.g. claiming to be a Scandinavian product, but the address is in Poland. 3. Independent reviews flag real problems e.g. very long delivery times, lack of customer engagement etc.

16 days after placing my order I am still waiting for news… all they have done in this time is to print a label! I guess they hold no stock, and just make to order, from some distant outsourced manufacturer, maybe even in China? I am not convinced there is anything remotely Scandinavian about this company

A few days ago I purchased a good quality stretch & mobility board from the leading western online shopping platform, and it was delivered to my front door in less than 24 hours, and my wife is already benefitting from it, and it cost significantly less that the Norma Design product.

So next time I should listen to my own advice, and you should avoid Norma Design!
