Just bought my first ever house with Normie. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They have been fabulous from start to finish I was amazed at how smooth the process was. This is a first class company. I was selling an empty property and left the keys. I was informed of all viewings and feedback. Nicole was invaluable in helping with the progress of the sale . I would definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic estate agents! Sold both of my properties with them in only a matter of weeks and from start to finish I felt in safe hands! Excellent communication throughout, wonderful photographs of the properties and great write-ups attracting lots of viewers!

Our experience of selling our home with Normie was faultless from start to finish. From Nigel visiting us to explain the process and value our property to our case handler Nicole handing our keys to our Buyers we felt supported.

Nigel gave us the confidence to put our house on the market and assured us of our properties worth, he was knowledgeable about the area and the demographics of the market in our area. The process to get our house in the market was simple and quick.

Nicole was very reactive to our needs, supporting us through the process and liaising with our Buyers and solicitors to ensure all parties were kept updated and informed. She went over and above to ensure we felt supported.

My partner and I are first time buyers of a property, and were provided guidance throughout our transaction from Nicole.

The general conveyancing process fortunately, I understood, but the process was still painfully long and we had several issues with our conveyancer which did not provide any confidence in knowing our case was being handled well.

Fortunately Nicole's communication was super supportive; quick responses to my questions, and fantastic at providing updates when needed.

From the very first call with Josh, the service from Normie Estate Agents was excellent. Josh was professional, friendly, and reassuring, setting the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic experience.

The viewings were carried out by Rebecca, who was not only extremely professional but also very friendly, helpful, and informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made each viewing feel relaxed and well organised.

Then Nicole, who was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond at every stage. Her communication, dedication, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and as stress-free as possible.

Honestly, all the staff were so helpful, approachable, and supportive throughout. It’s rare to find an estate agent with such a strong and genuinely caring team.

I completed the purchase of my first house through Normie Estate Agents and went through the whole buying process without any major issues. With Natalie's readiness when I submitted my initial offer, fees were quickly negotiated and agreed with the Vendor. After the purchase fee was agreed, Nicole's proactiveness and communication skills were helpful in keeping me updated with developments throughout the whole process up to completion and receiving the keys from her.

Property was over valued by the Agent but once we had an offer Nicole worked very hard to help secure the sale! Thank you and will work with you again.

I recently bought a property through Normie Estate Agents, and I was really impressed with the service throughout the process. In particular, Nicole, the Sales Progressor, was excellent — she was always responsive, proactive, and kept things moving at all times. Her communication made a real difference and helped ensure everything stayed on track.

Estate Agents don't have the best reputation unfortunately, but I found that Nicole and the Normie team completely buck this trend. I would definitely recommend Normie, especially for the professionalism and dedication shown by Nicole and the team.

Absolutely awful experience with Normie Estate Agents. The man who works there was unbelievably rude — completely unprofessional and dismissive from start to finish. I’ve never encountered such terrible customer service. Instead of being helpful or polite, he made the whole experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend Normie to anyone — there are plenty of other agents who actually treat people with respect. Avoid this place at all costs.

I would recommended normie to anyone, so professional & caring , we had a turbulent time with our sale & Nicole was an absolute rock throughout ,we got there in the end thanks to Nicole, can't thank her enough, she is amazing

Absolutely brilliant service from all involved. Selling a house when it's empty and you live a good distance away, is not easy. However, Normie and especially Nigel made the sales process and viewings very easy. The house sold within the first week of being on the market.
Then began the solicitors run around.
Normie's Sales Progressor, Nicole was fantastic in co-ordinating all involved and kept me better and quicker informed than my own solicitors did. Without Nicole, I have to wonder if completion would ever have taken place.
Thanks to all at Normie, especially Nigel who really is Mr Unsworth and to Nicole who works far too many hours in her quest to keep clients satisfied.

Nicole was really helpful and guided us through buying our first house. Was always pleasant and friendly to talk to and was very quick to reply to any e-mails or communication.

Communication is excellent. From the initial visit from Nigel who marketed the property to the viewings and then the progress of the sale from Nicole I am very happy. I was kept informed and updated throughout. The use of the Street app is also good as it keeps you updated, especially the initial feedback from the viewings which the agents provided almost immediately, even on weekend viewings.

Nigel was great, he valued our house well and we sold it within a week which was unexpected that meant we were able to buy the house we really wanted that we viewed prior to having an offer on ours. Nicole was also great at progressing the matter and keeping us informed. Would recommend

Nicole was amazing during our purchase. It was a very long and drawn out purchase but she got us there and kept us positive throughout. She was extremely informative and kept us in the loop the whole 328days it took.

Excellent from the start to finish, Nicole and team were always on hand to keep myself and the family informed and always provided a solution if any arose.
Would not hesitate in recommending Normie if looking to buy/sell a house.
