Sue Kastelik from the Cottingham branch has been fabulous in the progression of my sale. Nothing was too much trouble and Sue went above and beyond, even answering emails in evenings and weekends to address any concerns to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. A credit to Beercocks, Sue definitely prioritises her customers needs, I would highly recommend Sue to anyone selling their house. Thank you Sue, I really appreciate everything and even the messages after completion.

Regular communications and updates from Ebony, both by phone and email. Also, clarification and information was provided regarding the process and further stages of sale. Underpinning all of this, of course, has been the swift sale of the property itself.

Belinda was super helpful, kept me informed every step of the way and helped negotiate the best price to move the deal forwards

We had a really great experience with Beercocks Estate Agents from start to finish.

Everything felt professional but also very personal — they really listened to what we wanted and worked with us, rather than pushing their own agenda. We never felt under pressure at any point, which made a big difference, and when we did need advice, it was always honest and helpful.

Dawn was brilliant. She clearly knows the market inside out and gave us the confidence that we were pricing things right. Her advice led to a quick sale that genuinely reflected the value of our home, which is exactly what we wanted.

The office team, with Emily leading things, were also fantastic. They kept us in the loop the whole way through and were always friendly and easy to deal with. What stood out was how well the team worked together — if someone wasn’t available, someone else picked it up straight away without any issues.

They were a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes we had, but you can really see where the money goes. The photos, video, and overall presentation were a cut above and definitely helped showcase the house properly.

All in all, a really positive experience — couldn’t have asked for much more. 10/10.
