Northern Trade Windows レビュー

Be wary of this company-

I get the impression of intentions of a hard sell once they come out.
Spoke to a very nice chap in Morrison's who was running a stand- we had already got a couple of quotes for replacing the conservatory roof but since he was there and they had an offer of £500 off, figured would get a quote.
Gave details and a few hours later had a call from Steve from sales to confirm booking.
When I explained that my partner was out on the night planned but I would be there, I was told that they would only come out if both myself and my partner were there - the reason given that " We have some products other firms don't have to run through with you and also want to be able to answer both your questions as were a small team and couldn't come back."
So much for consumer wishes when I explained I was happy for them to come out and just speak to me and I would pass the details on. Still a refusal so cancelled appointment.

Whilst these are only my views- this seems like a rubbish business model- demanding who has to be in your own house to speak to traders you are asking for a quote to do work on your own house. I envisage that by having both people present there would be the hard sell pushing you to try and sign you up there and then as they have negated the " I'll wait and speak to the other half " get out.

What an absolute brilliant service from start to finish and our Windows look amazing and at an affordable price I'd definitely recommend northern trade Windows to anyone they really are simply the best thank you oh so much we are well happy.

Excellent professional job from start to finish. Cant fault this company nor their workers. We had all the front of our house re-windowed and a back door put on. Our house and windows are not the standard size and the guys did a wonderful job.
Came back to check work and look at any snags (only 1) put right straight away.
Very clean and friendly workers.

I would recommend this company 100%

Had our front windows and door replaced by NTW a couple of years ago. Thought they did a decent job except the front kitchen window has a gap along the side of the opener which creates quite a draught. Tried to get someone out to look countless times but just get fobbed off on the phone. Gave up hope.
Months later they had the audacity to ring me to ask if I needed any more work doing in my house. Told them I might if they would come and fix the draught and got fobbed off again.
Conclusion, if you do choose these cowboys, make sure everything is right before you pay them, otherwise you'll be left in the cold.
