To initiate a return on a recent order, visit the âMy ordersâ section of your user account page (www.northskysupply.com/account/orders) and select the order for which you would like to initiate a return From the order details page, click the âRequest a returnâ hyperlink and fill out the associated return details. Upon completing the return process on our website, you will receive a return confirmation email in your inbox with the return label and associated return instructions. After the product has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, we will initiate a full refund for all returned products.
