The price was much lower than other companies. Filters don't seem quite as thick as some others, but still very sturdy and capable of removing dirt. Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, NorthSky offers a hassle-free 30 day return policy on the vast majority of our products with some conditional exclusions. Upon initiating an eligible return, you will receive a return shipping label in your email with instructions on how to process your return.
All return shipping charges will be covered by Northsky. Return refunds will be credited to the method of payment for the purchase upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned products at our warehouse.
Return process
To initiate a return on a recent order, visit the ‘My orders’ section of your user account page (www.northskysupply.com/account/orders) and select the order for which you would like to initiate a return From the order details page, click the ‘Request a return’ hyperlink and fill out the associated return details. Upon completing the return process on our website, you will receive a return confirmation email in your inbox with the return label and associated return instructions. After the product has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, we will initiate a full refund for all returned products.
Exclusions
· Returned products must be in new condition
· Additional details/photos may be requested for approval
· Returns that do not meet the exclusion criteria may be subject to specific return fees or deemed ineligible for a refund but may be eligible for a store credit

Not happy with delivery
Shipment box was destroyed and relabeled. Delivery was late and left on the ground at my mailbox 600 ft. from my front door. Fedex is not on my list of delivery services as the last 2 deliveries under their responsibility have been a disaster. Have yet to inspect the product so may have an update soon.

Frist Time Customer - Customer for Life!
I am incredibly pleased with NorthSky. I have been looking for an oversized anti-fatigue mat for the last two years. Finally, I found NorthSky. Not only did they have one large enough for my needs, but it was offered at a reasonable price, with free shipping and returns! Space Saving Organization
I received my gear like 2 days after placing the order. Insanely fast.
I ordered the Black Canyon wrench tool rolls. These are like the knife rolls that chefs use. Fantastic and space saving idea. Way better than using hardware to do the same job. There needs to be more fabric options for tool storage.
The rolls themselves are high quality, tough nylon. Like built for life camping gear. I don’t have complete sets of wrenches so I’ll use the extra spaces for other tools.
