David picked up the phone and was absolutely fantastic. Called the tenant straight within a day and booked an appointment. He provided a full report on the issues all within 48 hours detailing the cause and solution. Can’t recommend this company enough for any damp/mould issues.

The team turned up when they were supposed to. They completed the work within the agreed timeframe. My tenants we very positive about the experience and said the team were polite and cleaned up after themselves and all disruption was kept to a minimum.

I was looking to purchase a commercial property which I knew had significant damp issues (rising damp and condensation). Prior to exchanging contracts I asked NWDP to come and assess the extent of the work that needed doing. David turned up to survey the job and knew exactly what needed doing. When i recieved the qoute, the cost fell within my expectations. All the work was carried out cleanly and efficiently. His lads were courteous, diligent, patient and helpful, especially as I was doing other work on the property at the time. All snags were dealt with without question or complaint and the job was completed on quote and in time. All in all a great service. Would highly recommend.

Had an internal and external damp proof course last year and the service was very professional throughout.

From the initial phone call Dave arrived the next day to do a survey, he was very knowledgable about what was causing the damp and what the solution was
The quote was very competitive and explanatory as to the work involved.
A week later the work was completed including a damp proof course with a membrane and then re plastered
As the work evolved there were photographs and videos at every step,
Dave would always answer the phone if you had any questions which goes a long way in my opinion
All of Dave’s team where very trustworthy and polite, all rubbish was removed and the job left tidy

I don’t know we’re to start with the praise ! Dave was very helpful very polite and kept in touch and answered all question’s put to him . We had a Dpc all round the house and an internal Dpc including back to brick, membrane and re plaster and re plumbing and joinery , every member of his staff were polite tidy and professional, and a special mention to the plumber usman who went above and beyond for us . David and his team at NW damp proofing did a great job of sorting out my rising damp. They were tidy and respectful and explained the procedure at every stage. I would certainly recommend this company to solve any issues with damp in your house.

Very positive experience, Dave and the lads were all polite and were determined I was 100% happy with the job before they finished up. They installed new cavity wall ties and sorted any step cracks out in the brickwork.

Very friendly team - thorough damp survey completed and very knowledgeable. The team who put the doc in were very polite and friendly. They were happy to answer any questions between booking the survey and getting the work done. Good availability and got the job done quickly and did a good job. Only issue was that we now have to find a way to cover the dpc plugs ourselves which will be a bit of an extra cost but otherwise all good!

David, was presented with a very difficult job of damproofing and completely restoring a water damaged on-suite bathroom. He managed the job with professionalism and skill. His constant communication and support made my life much easier.

Highly recommend David and team for any damp proofing works! We had a very damp cellar along with rotting joists and floorboards, and rising damp in the walls. The price was competitive and the work was carried out to a high standard. We now have a usable cellar and no more worries about our dining room floor collapsing - not to mention the 10 year guarantee for complete peace of mind!

The lads came in , were so clean and tidy, very professional service , I’ve had damp in my house for the last 6 months , they came and explained exactly what the problem was and diagnosed it straight away , staff were so polite and efficient , if you ever have any damp issues I’d highly recommended these guys

Good communication from Charlie on the quote and what will be expected on the day. Was able to book in relatively quickly. Communication from the workmen the day before and on the day to update on arrival times.
Dale arrived and was very professional, he explained what he’ll be doing in each of the affected areas. Dale was very knowledgeable and informed me of additional services and solutions NW provide for future reference. No complaints from me. Very domesticated and good cleanup job at the end of the day.
Also received a curiously call a few days later which was welcomed.
