I've made several purchases from Northwest recently, including p bass harness, lacquer, jazz bass neck, and all were fairly priced and arrived super fast. Communications were just what I needed to know and not excessive.
A great company to deal with, thumbs up!

I've been very happy with everything I've ordered from them, going back at least eight years now.

Delivery first class article as expected in fact near un perfect fit very pleased.

Just starting out to re build some old guitars.
Northwest has provided parts in a quick and painless fashion, the website is clear and easy to navigate. Pricing is very competative. Well done

I was buying a high quality three way switch. The information on the website was clear and to the point with very good details of the item. Checkout was easy and fast with good confirmation. Delivery was fast with the item in perfect condition.

Item as described, quick delivery, excellent service, highly recommended seller.

Very helpful people and a lovely roasted tele neck. Fret ends all clean, nut filed and shaped - it just needed a little tickle to suit my setup. Frets are level and they have been given a polish.

Good range of kit available at reasonable prices. Quick delivery.

Very fast delivery- great quality

Items arrive on time and as described. Very happy with the service from Northwest Guitars.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. I used to live nearby, but have moved to the north east so now shop with them online. They always seem to have just what I need and post it really quickly. Highly recommended

Excellent range of products and their own paints which are very easy to use. Delivery was quick and everything was packaged securely. Would recommend.

Excellent and competitive pricing, items in stock at time or ordering and quick delivery. Perfect in every respect

Needed some replacement tuners for my Gibson sg. Good price and arrived quick. These ones fitted perfect unlike the previous set I bought elsewhere didn’t. Thanks

Great Telecaster HS electronics package. Has really improved the sound of the guitar. Fast delivery as well. Only a shame they were out of stock of the pick up selector ‘top hats’. That will be another order!

I have ordered quite a lot of guitar hardware over several years and the service has been consistently excellent. Despatched timeously and good emailed notifications and tracking details. The quality of their unbranded tuning machines and bridges is just as good as the more expensive branded items.
