My dealings with Northwest Guitars have always gone smoothly. They have a good array of specialist products at reasonable prices for guitar aficionados

Efficient, responsive, quick, quality and a top service.

Northwest are one of the first places I look when I need bits and bobs for whichever crazy project I'm working on, and they usually have it. I've always had prompt service and stuff on the whole arrives pretty quickly, certainly quickly enough for me, often same day despatch (or next day, if I've been parts shopping at 11pm!).

I've read some of the 1 star reviews and most of it seems to be user error - before you blame the vendor, do your damn research! How come the vast majority of reviews on here are positive? Because you're wrong. Wah! My neck didn't fit in the body I bought. Welcome to project building! Make it fit!

I recieved a nice painted gold strat-body. It was Quick, and good packed. I can not really see why I should pay 3 times the price to got another brand tag in the neck pocket. I wish that they had options with finished trem-drilled bodies for sale, thou.

The best service and quality for all my luthier parts. Thanks again.

Their response was very quick and well informed, and the machine heads they suggested were a perfect fit. I've bought a few items as has my guitar technician friend and every time the items were good quality, speedily posted and very reasonably priced. 10/10.
