Northwest Guitars レビュー

Good product at a decent price with prompt service.

A 43mm precut bone nut for acoustic. String spacing excellent. I expected to have to do the usual filing, but it fitted perfectly first time. Never happened before. Quality item. Fast efficient service.

Quick turnaround from order placement to delivery. Item well package and as described.
I have a couple more guitars to upgrade and i will definitely be looking at Northwest to supply the parts.

Great service, great product, quick delivery and appropriate packaging. No complaints at all, would use again.

Happy with my purchase and with the communication with the team.

These guys seem to know what they are doing! I am a first time guitar builder and the parts I have ordered are of exceptional quality. I am having a blast.

I have used northwest guitars a few times now to buy paints, parts and accessories.
Their delivery has always been prompt and the choice has always been great.
As a left handed guitarist choice can be difficult online and northwest have always had what I needed.

Ordered a new jack for a P-Bass. The only trustworthy supplier I could find. It came really quickly, and I'm really happy!

I had a quite a few items from Northwest Guitars and everything has been of a very high quality. Navigating the website is easy, there are always good levels of stock, ordering is easy, delivery is quick and well packaged.
Email responses are quick and informative…the folks at Northwest know what they are talking about and, in my experience, are only too happy to help.

I do a lot of modding to my basses and over the last 3 or 4 years I've bought quite a bit of small stuff from Northwest like caps, bridges, tuners. This time I got a set of 4 Wilkinson tuners for £20, cheaper than well known online market places beginning with A and E. I also got a string tree to go with tuners. I placed the order on Thursday and got the package on Monday - Royal Mail 2nd class - so a great turnaround from a company you can trust, even for small stuff. Always a go to on my list, I won't make them rich, but I know they're always dependable and decent quality. Thanks NW.

I can't speak highly enough of this company, I had to reach out to them and their customer service is exceptional.
Very prompt delivery too.

I've ordered from Northwest Guitars twice, and both times I found what I wanted and ordered it easily. Postage costs were reasonable, the items arrived quickly and were well protected against damage in transit.
I'm very happy with the service they offer and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Great selection of items to fix or modify guitars. Everything I've ordered has been really good quality and been delivered promptly. I'll definitely use this company in the future.

I purchased a 3 pack of D'Addario XS acoustic strings. The price was excellent and they were delivered on time with no fuss. I will be making a larger order before I head back to Spain as I am converting all my metal string acoustic guitars to XS strings. They even threw in a String Winder for free !
