Went to see Jess for a sports massage around a long term hip injury, she was incredible, very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. The clinic was very welcoming place to be and was very clean with some very useful technology to help with some of my treatment.

Would 100% recommend! Thank you for your help, will be back again!

I am so grateful to North Yorkshire Physiotherapy - special thank you to Kate. I am now back to my normal self following excruciating sciatica caused by a spinal disc bulge. I could hardly walk and felt really low at not being active but they sorted me out with specific exercises and gave me confidence that it would be all ok. Kate gave clear explanations of what the problem was and how we needed to resolve it and was extremely knowledgeable. What a lovely friendly team. I would have no hesitation in recommending NYP.

This is my second trip to North Yorkshire Physio and as always they sorted out my muscle problem. The care is amazing and they give you lots of exercises to use. Would not hesitate to recommend them

I was in awful pain and unable to move freely. I had a thorough ‘hands on’ assessment and subsequent treatment by Kate who was so friendly and an obviously experienced Physiotherapist at the Northallerton clinic.
She also gave me a programme of gentle exercises to do via a video email link which was easy to follow at home.
At my followup appointment a week later the pain had eased and I was moving much easier.
Im still following the stretches & pilates moves recommended by Kate, they help so much after a heavy shift at work. I can not thank Kate and the NYP Team enough 🙂

I’ve had enthesopathy for a while now and after just two treatments of shock wave therapy with Alan Frawley there’s a huge improvement already. All staff are very approachable and professional. Thanks Alan!

Highly recommend North Yorkshire Physiotherapy! I have had physio before but nothing as good as the Physiotherapy I have received from NYP! Niamh was amazing from my first session right through to my last! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and she recommended shock wave therapy and wow does it work! I had five sessions and after the second one I’d say I noticed a difference! Niamh always checked to see if I was ok during the shock wave therapy and after it had finished. She also gave me some exercises to do at home and sent over videos of how to do them properly! Can’t thank you enough Niamh! Will recommend to everyone! Thank you.

I made an appointment with Alan to try to manage long-standing knee pain. He understood and explained the problem very well, gave treatment and prescribed exercises (backed up by the excellent online Physio Portal). He did warn me it could take time to get a result! I am doing the exercises and, combined with two more sessions, I am now feeling good results. Thank you so much

Visted NYP for lower back pain problem, Kate sorted the problem out with manipulation and giving me exercises to get flexibility back and later strength exercises to build muscle.
Now back to full fitness.Thank you from Alan.

I was really impressed with NYP. The diagnosis Jess outlined was clear and made sense and the recommended approach was easy to follow. The use of the portal to describe the exercises was helpful and a reminder to do them! As a physio Jess was a credit to the company and gave me confidence about future exercise

I recently went to see Kate with a problem I had with my knee following a knee replacement in 2023.
Kate was so helpful and diagnosed me straight away and providing me with exercises to do in clinic and at home.
Kate was amazing and guided me through multiple sessions even though i always went with a new issue. My knee is now well on its way to recovery and I would just like to say a big thank you to kate, as I think I would still be hobbling if it wasn't for her.
I would not hesitate to return to Yorkshire physio again as all the staff where so helpful and welcoming.

Following a meniscal tear in my left knee I was out of action. Kate quickly diagnosed the problem, explained how the knee works etc etc and devised a treatment plan. I performed these specific exercises during my session to ensure correctness and avoiding any further problems.
Excellent results within one month - I continue to perform these exercises and my knee and legs are stronger than ever.
An outstanding experience that delivered more than I expected- just returned from Scotland having climbed Ben Lomond and gravel biked the forest tracks in the Trossachs - No recurring symptoms!! Knee is fine!!

The experience is first class. The whole team are welcoming and treat you with respect and explain all aspects of the treatment in a way that is easy to understand and follow. They also take the time to listen to you so as to obtain a true picture of the injury to be treated

I have visited North Yorkshire Pysiotherapy on several occasions now with various problems over the last four years since relocating from Derbyshire.

I have found them to be extremely friendly and professional , and cannot thank them enough for their hands on therapy , and very helpful exercise routines to carry out at home.

In particular I would like to thank Kate for her help over the last few weeks ( with a back problem) which now seems to be well and truly on the mend.

I would highly recommend this Company, you will not be disappointed.

I've been to a lot of physios over the years, with various sports injuries, but this is the best I have ever been to. I went with one issue and casually mentioned that I'd been told to never run again by two consultants after two knee operations. Kate said she could get me running again, and she did! It feels liberating to be out running again. I've even started to going to Park Runs. I'd recommend to anyone.

After pulling my back, I was struggling with day to day tasks and even struggled to sit down without experiencing crippling pain but after a single session with Alan, I was completely pain free by the end of the night! Highly recommend.

Thanks to Kate's care, attention and exercises I have gone from being barely able to move my shoulder and arm and constant pain to now having almost complete range of movements, pain free and resuming all my sporting activities. I can't thank the team enough.

We chose NYP after looking at several local physio practices and found that we could not have chosen better! Kate is highly competent, but also kind and caring. After tottering round on a dodgy knee for nearly a year, her care and advice resulted in normal service being resumed in the space of 3 months. I am hugely grateful.
