I have been trying to renew a client's account since July and customer service has been doing nothing but just keep delaying to reactivate the account. This is for a merchant who used to use NSG for a few years.
Horrible experience, no results since July despite multiple attempts to fix the issue with payment.
I just sent them an email but I don't think they care. I guess they are making so much money, they don't care

Staff dishonestly informed that a week is needed for a merchant to respond after customer has reached out via their online support system which isn't mentioned when raising a complaint.
The system is possibly built on fabricated terms in itself as they claim perjury for inaccurate disputes which cannot be enforced from a non government website.
This particular site is allegedly a subsidiary of the Norton group however it facilitates it's grievances via a third party CSM system (Zendesk).
The aforementioned staff member responded again mentioning that I would need to provide them with the outside comms I've had with the unscrupulous vendor.
The comms were provided in the initial dispute. Support staff is refusing to acknowledge.

My order was lost and I never received it. This review is for Brian from Xtech. He was the only one that made an effort to assist me. Jeremy and the people from Norton were not helpful. They said I would be reimbursed within a few days. However, 10 days later still no movement with my case. It was Brian that reached out to Norton to get my claim expedited. Thank you Brian, but I am never purchasing another item from Xtech.

More problems
More problems. Actually got a return of $43.00 from them for a lower price dispute where the items I bought went on sale later.
When I went to deposit the checks the bank refused to honor them.
I was able to get them to send me the money via PayPal with the help of a very patient gentleman.
The reason why I’m writing this review is another matter.
I filed a claim on March 3rd. It’s now the 17th. I asked the patient guy to look into why I didn’t get any more refunds, he said the claim was filed, but they didn’t receive any screenshots. That was weird, I sent a ton and I remember deleting the emails from my sent file, so I know they went out.
I retook what screenshots I could. Of course, these were different from the first batch. But according to the shots, they owed me a little more than $70.00.
He wrote back and said I could only file for one of the claims and that today was the last day.
That’s when I just decided to give up. Going back through my orders at Jomashop would have been too difficult, I placed a ton of orders in the last two months.
If they were able to help their clients without making them jump thru so many hoops and being so strict with their policies, they would be a lot easier to deal with. But I suppose you have to be more tech savvy and agile at your computer than most of us over 30 are. Sign of the times I suppose. They are a Google company.
