Notarisation is a real pain generally for anyone living in Spain. This at least makes the process a lot easier.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY YOU ARE WARNED!

Their website presents them as professionals who will guide you through the correct legal process. That is exactly why I trusted them. I clearly explained what I needed: a simple €144 notarization of a UK document so I could obtain a UK e-Apostille. There was nothing unclear about my request.

Instead of delivering what I paid for, they first tried to upsell me. Then they sent me a document signed by a "notary" based in Sweden for a UK document, even though the process I needed specifically required a UK notary's secure digital signature. What I received was simply an ink signature, making the document completely useless for the purpose I had explained from the very beginning.

The worst part wasn't even the mistake—it was how they handled it afterwards.

When I contacted them, instead of admitting they had misunderstood my request or trying to fix the problem, they acted as if I had never told them what I needed. That was genuinely shocking. I had trusted them because they advertise themselves as experts. If a customer has to explain the legal requirements to the professionals, then what exactly is the customer paying for?

I didn't pay €144 for excuses. I paid for a service that was supposed to be done correctly. Instead, I lost my money, wasted my time, and ended up exactly where I started, except now I have to find another company to do the job properly.

I'm sure they'll respond to this review with a long explanation trying to justify what happened. None of that changes the simple fact that they did not deliver the service I requested, despite having all the information they needed from the start. When I reached out for help, I wasn't looking for arguments. I was expecting accountability and a solution. I got neither.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you're relying on them to handle important legal documents correctly, think very carefully before trusting them with your time or your money.

Really supportive , fast and easy

Great experience. Easy to register and quick response on enquiry. Beats chasing a physical lawyer down and sitting in traffic.

Told me they could notarise a UK medical certificate and apostille it for a visa application. Had the appointment, everything seemed fine. Then showed it to my lawyer, only to have them tell me it was worthless as the person notarising it lived in Sweden and was confirming my signature (which didn't even appear on the document), rather than the doctor's, and that of course this made the apostille invalid. Also told me that a Swedish notary cannot notarise a UK signature. Paid 350 Euros for this and now awaiting a refund. Wtf.

Incredibly convenient, fast and efficient. Was trying to book in with a local Spanish notary and was told it was nearly a month wait time. I am so glad I found this and was able to get some really important documents organised in a short timeframe. I would definitely recommend.

Every interaction was punctual and professional. Got a remote power of attorney sorted. Much cheaper and faster than traveling to the local Spanish consulate 2000km away here in Canada. And they liased with our Spanish lawyer, it made it all pretty much click and go for us!

Very convenient - legal documents signed in a few minutes. Considering the alternatives, I will use their services any chance I get - I am in a remote rural area with no access to such services.

It would have been 5 stars had it not been for the issues I had with setting the appointment and the customer service. But once the appointment started - the process was simple and the notary was great.

Incredibly quick and convenient. Will definitely use this service again.
